During each and every interaction, the employees have been an absolute pleasure to speak with. This is one company I will continue to recommend to all my neighbors. Most recently, Cameron conducted a precision tune up on my unit and kept me informed throughout the process. This young man is wise beyond his years and his attention to detail is impeccable. He is a true professional who takes pride in his craft. Thank you all for every follow up and kindness that has been shown to me. I remain ever so grateful.

I called after hours and got the answering service, a tech called me back in less than five minutes, 15 minutes later he was at my house!!! The tech "Cameron" trouble shoot my AC Unit had it blowing cold air in an hour after arriving.... Been with United Refrigeration And Air Conditioning for many years now. Both their routine maintenance and in a couple emergencies. They were very quick to come out and take care of the situation. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to make sure you understand what is going on.

Great job as usual! I have used this company for 20 years and have been impressed with their response and customer service. Please have your A/C maintained every 6 months! It is well worth the effort and maybe your A/C will last as long as mine has.

It has been a horrible experience with this company, we had our AC replace back in November 2022 and it’s almost February and they have not finished the job in my living room, right when you come in you see how ugly it looks unfinished- they have come out two times and both time they come for a second and leave oh we have to order a part , we called and text no answer. The sad thing is that they got paid more than 6,000 for this and they have not come back to finish the job. It’s very unprofessional. Don’t use this people they will leave you flat after you spend so much money in their company.

The service team does an exceptional job on servicing our AC with their maintenance program. They come out twice a year and make sure we are set ahead of leaving. I recommend this company for your AC needs. Trusted company.

Moved and needed a new ac. My contractor for my updates recommended United. I had used a different company for the past 20 years. When I received quotes on the job United had the best price and Byron was much more knowledgeable about the new unit and the installation. The gentlemen that were at my home were patient, knowledgeable, and extremely clean. You could not tell there was anything done. I’m very pleased with the work and employees at United and will continue to use them.

We are very happy with the service received from United Refrigeration. Our latest technician was Jeremy and he was great. Prompt & polite, answered all of my questions and gave me honest feedback. We will continue to have our A/C unit serviced by United Refrigeration twice a year.

United installed my unit, follow up on routine maintenance is great. They provide filters for monthly changeouts, washed coils, made sure unit is running smooth. If I ever have a need for a repair when it is HOT as blazes, they come right out and get my problem solved. Happy with their service.
