This is my first Heat Pump/Central air installation, Tropical Heating and Cooling system installation was A+, thanks to Luis Sandoval who worked tirelessly without break to install the entire system in 6 hours straight. The system worked flawlessly with a new smart thermostat. Thank you for being punctual and for a job well done. Highly recommended

Last fall my pool heater wasn’t working. I called Luis and he came out. I live in Sebring so it is quite a drive from Auburndale. He was efficient and friendly. He went and got the part which was under warranty and his price was reasonable for such a long trip.

The technician arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He was very detail oriented and cleaned up his work areas after the work was completed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend!

Luis and his team are amazing. My ac went down on Thursday and this weekend i was having family over. i explained my situation to them and they immediately came out and took a look at it and figured out the problem. Lucky for us they were able to fix it on Friday for us. I would recommend Luis and his team in a heart beat. They are all nice, respectful, knowledgeable and really take care of their clients. I finally have my air conditioning back! :) In Florida, it was brutal. Feel very sorry for those who lost everything, I lost my air after the hurricane, but I'm blessed to still have my house! They did a very good job changing my ac/ heating unit and ductwork. Very reasonably priced in comparison. Got several estimates. Yes I would use them again. Thank you!! :)

Luis went to bat for me with the home warranty company, and got them to approve the entire unit. Not only that, but his knowledge and expertise is outstanding, and resulted in him getting the correct factory unit.
