True Plumbers & AC

The True Plumbers techs who installed my new, upgraded shower fixtures today were Kent and Joel. Very friendly, professional, considerate of my property. They were on time and completed the work efficiently. They kept me informed about what they were doing and why. They brought their own vacuum/supplies to clean up where needed. The new fixtures look great. I'd use them again.

When i needed a repipe Courtney was really great on scheduling the quote, install and the inspection. Kent,Adrian and David were the crew who came. They were on time very polite, explained exactly how they were doing the job. And did it even quicker then expected. I will always use True Builders for all plumbing work in my house. In fact I will use them for any other issues that come up after seeing how many services they offer. I highly recommend this company.

True plumbers care to the rescue again for us. We had a water leak. Joel was quick and just a great guy . I really felt comfortable working with him< He even had my wife laughing . We will use True Plumbers again

Probably some of the most frank and honest plumbers, I’ve dealt with. They removed tree roots from my exit pipes as wide as a forearm, they quoted me $7K but because they didn’t have to go as far as the city access line, they got it to around $5K. A less scrupulous plumber would have lied and still charged the full amount. They showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and they explained exactly what they were doing. I’ve called them three times for three completely unrelated projects: dishwasher installation, tree roots growing into my pipes, and a busted hot water valve.

Matt Lundberg and his team are A+ at true plumbers. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable kind and quick to respond. Thank you so much. I highly recommend them.

Just had Kent and david come fix some plumbing issues that i was pushing off until an emergency. Welp it was that time and as always satisfied and grateful for the hard work they do! Josh and Jesse were so helpful. They came at the time they said they were going to be here and they found my toilet leak right away! They fixed and they are as well going above and beyond to help my Senior father, that is also having a leak at his house. We are so grateful that they were here to help as fast as they did. 100/10

Kent showed up to my house in under 30 minutes and immediately went to diagnosing the issue and solving the problem. My mother and Vietnam veteran father was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness during a late night call!
