What a top notch organization!!! I have spoken with the owner Derek “the man” Springer to make sure that the service I paid for was the quality I deserved. He sent his top sales man and the leader of the wolf pack Chad Freaking Greatorex. What a team that was hand delivered to my residence. They spent all day pulling out my entire duct work and replacing it all within one day. After they were done doing this elegant project I was still treated with the upmost respect and dignity (that I deserve of course) with follow ups to my house. I even had the sales man come back over and install a device to cover up some of my holes that had previously been at my house. This was an honor and a privilege to be able to pay them all the money I owed. You would be downright sinful to go with any other Ac company than our very own Springer Brothers.

The service man got my ac to cool and they sent me a quote for repair part. My ac is out of warranty so the quote for part and labor was very high.
I have decided to get a new unit to be installed soon.
The service personnel are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

From the initial contact the representative was professional and informative about the appointment. She gave a reasonable time frame that they met. They sent me the technicians information prior to arrival with a text and call ahead. They came out very quickly on a Saturday. The technician was and polite and fast, diagnosing and fixing the system within minutes for a very good price. Overall they completely beat my expectations and I will be using them again!

We are long standing sprinter brother customers and we requested a 6 month maintenance service we had to wait for three weeks for ….to insure we did not have maintenance issues through the summer on our system purchased form Springer which needs services every six months …..10 days later I have a leak in my ceiling from my unit and no air conditioning which isn’t the Main issue. The main issue is we made a call at 5:00 pm to be told by the on call person that it wouldn’t be fixed tonight in 90 degree weather and that the info will be passed on for the day time people with no gaurentee it will be fixed tomorrow either which should have been caught 10 days ago anyways! Not happy!

I am new to the area and Springer Brother’s was highly recommended. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. They arrived timely and were able to fix my unit that day. I highly recommend & will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Called Springer about 5:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and told them my A/C had shut down. They sent a technician within an hour, and he fixed it in 15 minutes; clogged condensation drain line. Only charged me $99 for a weekend service trip. Very happy with the service!!!
