AC quit working last night at 10:30/11pm. Called and reached the answering service. We’re told we would get a call back. At 1:30am when we had not received call back we called again. Answering service again said they would reach out for call back. Gave up waiting at 2:30am and went to bed. We have been customers since 2013, their service has always been top notch. However, this time we were disappointed.

This company has been told multiple times for over a year to stop sending text messages and calling me..I NO LONGER LIVE THERE. MY SON DOES. THEY HAVE HIS INFO BUT KEEP CONTACTING ME
EVEN 5 MINUTES AFTER TALKING TO ME AND MY SON. THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY INEFFICIENT.
TODAY I STILL GOT THE INVOICE AND SERVICE INFORMATION AFTER THEY LEFT THE HOME.
