My AC wasn’t working properly. The fan just wasn’t moving any air. Called and on a Sunday they had Robert E come out within a few hours. It was a simple fix and Robert took good care of us. He was excellent and I’d trust him to take care of our system anytime. Thank you so much Robert

Highly recommend! From the office staff to the installers, customer service was extremely professional. They were responsive, on-time, and always called to confirm. Gene provided great service and advice when he answered our service call. Our installers, Gene, Ralph, and Chase, were professional, neat, friendly and patient.

Update: since they responded. They came out and did something. i never disputed the whole amount. I paid 1,085 dollars im disputing 800 of that. Because that is the simple math. They did come out. they told me i had to cut out a wall of pay 6K. I had another company come out and they didn't have to cut a wall or pay 6k. This company is full of liars. look at there reviews. Also if you agree im owed money why do i need to agree to the amount? if you think its that amount you should send that amount and we can dispute the rest later. Instead they nothing.
Called and asked me for cleaning on 5 units. Most of the units could not be serviced called another company who was able to provide services despite what this company said. When i asked for a refund they tried to give a fraction of what i actually paid. Now having to sue them in small claims.

I had my entire AC system replaced including all the ductwork. The two gentleman that performed the service were polite, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated to getting it right. It is hard to find good employees in today's climate - you have two stellar employees in these gentleman.

Polk A/C and heating is a perfect example of how a business should be run. Called late on a Friday and said they’d be here on Monday between 8-11 am. Got a call from Mike at 7:30 and said he was on his way. He was promptly here by 8. He intently listened to my issues and began his work to address and fix the issues. Honestly I thought he was just here to evaluate and estimate so I was pleasantly surprised that he attacked the issues and within 2 hrs he was done. This is a company I wholeheartedly trust and signed on for an annual service check. Also kudos to the lady who took my info on Friday and scheduled us in so quickly.

Michael arrived promptly & listened to the issue. Found a capacitor went bad, had it replaced in a matter of minutes. The only downside was the cost- $193 for the part & another $ 87 for the service call. He dealt with some drama over the price from my husband then graciously dealt with the aftermath. He recognized there is a lot of mark up on the item's price but was still very professional & diplomatic about it.

Tech came out due to the AC unit would only blow out warm air. Jean (the tech) called when he was heading out to our home and was very prompt. He was very professional with how he handled his work. He was very thorough with his problem solving and made sure that everything was working as it should. Will be using them for maintenance and for any repairs that may be needed.
