Polk Air has always taken great care of my family, friends, and I. Their service is excellent! They are very friendly! I have known them for over 20 years and have never questioned their integrity as they have saved me money a number of times and they have always stood behind their work.

Jean came on time and called before hand which was nice. I to work in customer service just a different area of customer service (towing) so I know how it feels when a customer wants a call a head so to be on ther other side of great customer service is wonderful. I will recommend to all my drivers and my customers and my coworkers. Thanks guys you have a regular customer.

Tech came out on Sunday and the service call was what consider a normal service call. Rob was very professional, pleasant and informative. He found the problem right away, repaired it and recommended further service needed on a non-emergency basis to avoid other issues.

The service tech that came to the house was very polite and explained what he'd did if in the future I were to need service on my air conditioner I would definitely call polk air and heat .

Michael was our Tech . He was very professional and informative. He put Freon in our system and gave us 3 quotes on new A/C system . Our unit was 18 yrs old and this didn’t Suprise me.

Technician was on time a d took the rime to educate us on our unit. Other companies attempted to charge me $1,100.00 for the same repair they made for $300. Would definitely recommend.
