I have used Polk Air on multiple occasions and they never disappointed me. Everyone that I have spoken with has been very professional and pleasant. They also tried their best to get my AC fixed as soon as possible.

After Hurricane Ian, I noticed some wires were hanging out of my outside AC unit. I was afraid it would catch fire. Repair tech Micheal came out & assured me it was ok. He put the wires back where they belong. He also checked my coolant and some other things. Now I have peace of mind. Priceless. Thanks, Micheal.

Our Tech Michael was extremely friendly and professional. More importantly he did a very thorough and comprehensive job servicing my AC unit. He showed me before and after cleaning and explained everything he was doing. He made repair recommendations but did not push them on me, again explaining and demonstrating his diagnosis. I am extremely satisfied with the service from Polk Air and will be giving them my business again. Take it from a very picky customer that this was exceptional service- hopefully all of their employees are like Michael because he was fantastic!

This is our 2nd(6month check in) time using this company, and to be Honest I would Recommend them to any and EVERYONE.Our service tech was AMAZING He was here on time and worked fast, and he got the job DONE. I don’t remember our tech’s name but he listened to what we had to say. He was another awesome tech, he answered every question we had and was very informative about what we could do to help lower our electricity bill. Thank you Polk Air Conditioning & Heating!

This company is fantastic. I had them out to fix a leak about 6 months ago and had a wo derful experience. When it was time to replace my ducts, they were my first call and much less expensive than the other two companies that I had out to do estimates. The technicians were very polite and careful working around the house. They clearly explained everything that they were doing in the attic and the finished product looks perfect!

After trying some of the “big” names, Polk Air was leaps and bounds above them. Extremely professional, thorough, competent and honest. I highly recommend!

I called Polk Air because of their positive reviews. I previously had another AC company out to try and repair my system but they could not find the leak. Upon calling Polk Air I explained my story and asked if they could send an AC tech with experience in ductless systems. The receptionist indicated that Michael would be the guy for the job. Michael was very curtious, professional, and very thorough. Michael was very detailed with me when explaining the different attempts to find the leak and was very honest with the difficulty associated with it. In the end Michael prevailed in finding the leak. Michael and Polk Air were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them and will be a return customer in the future.

Michael was fast and professional. I was not on site but he kept me informed of everything that went on and made sure I understood everything. An excellent technician, and a great experience.
