We have used Polk Air for many years and always receive professional, quick and exceptional service.

My Central air conditioner is really old and stopped working. They came out and same day and checked it out! My Technician didn’t push us to get a new one that I clearly can’t afford and really was knowledgeable and told me all my options! I really appreciate this because most other companies that I’ve had come out typically try to push new system on me telling me this one isn’t going to last much longer! I had a horrible experience with Ace solves it all so this company has been a breath of fresh air!

They were very professional. They checked every detail on my previous HVAC unit. I had three previous companies checked the unit; one never went to the attic, the second only checked the Freon pressure and looked at the air handler and wanted to replace only the coils. It was going to cost me a lot without replacing the full unit. Even though I agreed with their proposal, they cancelled 3 times and I fired them. I called Polk Air Conditioning and Heating and the story was different. I had the condenser and the air handler replaced. They were on time and did the job very professionally.
