Polk Air Conditioning & Heating

They came out to give me a quote on a new A/C system. They were scheduled for 11-1, they called and said they be late. Got to me at 3:00PM. Took 2 hours to do the estimate. All other places were in and out within 1/2 hour.
Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. There quote was reasonable and I may still use them as the contractor.

I have not used their services previously but would gladly recommend. I called them out the AC was not cooling properly they got there promptly the technician was professional and courteous quick to diagnose the system and cleaning it out also returning to complete repairs quickly also adjusting Bill accordingly thanks to POLK AIR I will be calling them for future repairs

The man that came was knowledgeable, attentive, answered all my questions. Came on time as they said. Very responsible and great attitude. I would recommend this company every time.

Technician was professional, he walked me though what work he would preform and gave me the results in a manner that I could understand. Great company!

Always great staff, knowledgeable and they take the time to do it right. ( TIME) In stating that I have not had a tech that was unprofessional at any time. We have experienced nothing but professional service and advise when questioned. Love the old school service. Good job staff! 👍

We will use this company for any service/maintenance needs. They are very assertive, on time and professional. Everyone we have dealt with have been very informational and patience for all of my questions or concerns. Working around our schedule is helpful as well.
