I went with this company because of the professionalism I received from the quote. They have not disappointed at all, they arrived on time, were very respectful with my 87 year old mother making sure she was comfortable. They worked hard trying to get it all done in one day even though they told us two days. They were not able to complete and was very apologetic. I can’t say enough about these young men. Thank you!

Barron was very helpful and explained everything he was doing to trouble shoot our system. He tested his thoughts and confirmed the broken part. He left and returned quickly with the new part. He did not leave until he was sure the fix was all we needed and everything was working properly. We were very happy with all the work done.

Very professional communications was great they did what they said they checked everything gave me numbers check the whole system very good the work was very good Shawn the tech was an excellent guy went through everything over and over again with me we couldn't do the whole thing but with the duck work we did half and it was good enough and it works great will use freedom Air from now on thank i will recommend you to all my friends.

The receptionist was kind and attentive. However, the technician came across as a hyped up commissioned salesman. His diagnosis was partially true. He stated that there were two leaks and one of the leaks was not repairable. Upon hearing the pitch for the repair cost, It was practically close to the cost of an entire new system. I politely declined service and promptly paid the diagnosis fee. A second opinion was arranged the next day and the unit was up and running within two hours and was way less than the amount I was given by the technician. There was a leak by the filter dryer, the evaporator coil never needed to be replaced, the refrigerant was 8.9lbs, not 10. $750.00 vs. $2500+
