Been using them since 2015 when they replaced our entire system. Always very professional, repair people very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices for quality work. Would use them again and highly recommend. We signed up for the yearly service plan and discount program, look into it and you shouldn't be disappointed.
I previously dealt with another company in the area which had my last name. Needless to say, they never followed through on the maintenance follow up and even when I referred another individual to them, I was embarrassed about my referral because the way the treated her. Needless to say, when I approached Freedom Air, I was leery about the authenticity of their reviews being all 5's. I found their name on the neighborhoods Facebook page with a strong recommendation. I can attest that I am now firm believer in those 5's. When I called, it was easy to schedule and the office staff was very professional. On the day of service, Mr. Bradford came out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and VERY THOROUGH performing my AC TUNE UP and maintenance. Moreover than any other company that I have had in the past. The company sent me the invoice and the company has been "second to none." I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Freedom Air. Those 5 star ratings are definitely true and you get 5 star quality in their delivery of service. You have a lifetime customer here Freedom Air. As the saying goes, "you sold me!"
3/13/23 update- so I have lowered my rating after such previous outstanding comments. Why? I had an emergency situation one Sunday and called their number. I had to leave a message. No one called me back nor followed up. I had to go with someone else to get my AC up and working again. Today, I was scheduled to have a maintenance tune up. Now mind you, I am still paying for for the maintenance agreement which makes me "preferential" and allows emergency services. Christine calls to leave me a message saying they needed to reschedule. I didn't answer at the time because I didn't know who was calling nor did I call them back. We made the agreement for today. My time is just as important. When I inquired later it was because a technicians wife had a baby. Great. I am happy for them. As a business though, I would expect that you would make accommodations in cases like this and adjust scheduling by pulling in extra workers. Furthermore, tell me why the message from Christine said they had to take care of emergency calls BUT whenever I called you for an emergency (November 27), you never followed up after-the-fact? You are still collecting money for the Preferential treatment but not living up to the agreement on your end. Needless to say, you now want me to schedule around your time. People work. People make plans. Don't sell something that you don't stand or can't stand behind. No sense in giving the typical corporate response either. You dropped the ball, not once, but twice. I really thought you were different. I can see not. I will contact the necessary agencies and outlets. Stop charging me.
3/25/2023-so Mr. Bradford in charge calls me and apologized. He said that he was going to take care of the problem. Instead of getting someone out here on my schedule, their solution was to credit me back several months. Mind you, I had paid well over a years worth of maintenance service called the Better Friends & Family Club Membership. So there you go. That's how they handle things. Yes, I asked to cancel, but I didn't ask for credits back, just going foward. I wanted what was due to me in the form of service. They never lived up to their contract. I can see these companies getting class actions served against them for contracts where they do not follow through or uphold.

Baron told us exactly what he had found and gave us several options. We opted for a new system rather than fixing the various parts because of how old our system was. Because we couldn’t get the new system installed until after the weekend with manufacturers being closed, they offered to give us portable AC units and really were just super helpful and positive through what would normally be a stressful situation. Definitely see why they have so many 5 star reviews!
We had an excellent experience with buying a new AC hybrid unit & installation with Freedom Air Conditioning. Amanda was able to get us scheduled right away (June 2022). A few days later, Baron came out and went over everything. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and went over the entire process with us. He answered all of our questions. We were able to get the unit installed a few days later and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them!

First of all I am an actual customer. I had Freedom air install a new a/c unit in 2014 when I bought my house. They have been on top of the service ever since. Never a problem. Freedom air is one of the best companies that I deal with either at home or at work. Just recently once again they were head and shoulders above the rest starting from the Receptionists setting me up with the appt to the actual on-site technician. They explain everything and give me options on price and parts repairs if needed. However to this point I have only needed scheduled maintenance. Jesus did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them to anyone. 5 stars all the way. Thank you Freedom Air.
Excellent job. I have 3 and 4 tons rheem AC units. The 4 ton had bad motor and replaced by another provider but soon not working again . Then the 3 ton has same motor damage. Jesus is the one shows up and he is more knowledgeable and able to the point of problem for both. 4 ton unit has no Freon and need refill and working now. The 3 ton fan motor is also replaced very quickly. He explains well on the process and made me at ease. Highly recommend this company.
