Freedom Air Conditioning

My tech was going to be late. And Crystal called to let me know twice actually.
And I called them back and said if they wanted to reschedule that would be. Okay with me because it was almost 5 o'clock on Friday before the 4th of July. He said no, Said He
would be about 30 more minutes. I was okay with that because I was home.
So He came out Late, Did his duty, Wished me a good fourth of july weekend and he was gone. Really didn't expect him to stay late on a Friday before holiday. Need more people like that working these days😁

Had our AC given a routine check. Freedom was kind enough to let us know when our tech would arrive. Jim checked our whole system and replaced a part destined for failure. Our goal is to get a few more years of service from our 12 year old unit. I'm confident that we can get another season or two or three from it. With the help from Freedom Air, I think we can. This is a solid company that does things right.

This company has really changed my view on a.c installation for the better. My previous unit was only 14 months old when I had it removed because I couldn't trust the install company (Cool Today) after multiple calls to fix errors in their install. I had to educate myself and hire another company to check the work they did multiple times and I had enough after a year. I never truly got peace of mind from them especially after they failed to tell me that I actually needed an inspection from the city/county.

Freedom was on the ball from beginning to end. From sale to install everything went perfect. They even notified me that they would call the inspector to check their work. Their prices were very competitive and you can tell these guys are super knowledgeable on the process by the way they explain and ask questions. I would definitely recommend this company over the competition if you're in Central Florida.

Baron was an excellent technician yet again. He can in and diagnosed the problem right away. He took care of it in less than 10 minutes and my AC was back up and running again. Freedom Air Conditioning is the best and the only ones I use for my three homes in Central Florida. Reliable, reputable, responsive and not gougers.

Mr. Baron was an excellent tech. He was very polite, quick, concise, and did a really good job.

I have been using Jim and his team at Freedom Air for over 10 years. Every experience has always been professional, courteous, and the most cost effective! I can’t speak enough about the integrity Freedom Air brings to the table in an industry where people can be easily misled, Jim and his team take all the time needed to educate customers on what is going on in the system, the “why” behind any services needed, and actively look for ways to save customers money!!

I can’t rave enough about this company. The installers worked 12 straight hours to install our new unit. Never even stopped for lunch or took a break. I’ve never seen such a thing, we provided subs for lunch and they took them for the ride home. Jim was great at helping us choose a unit to fit our budget andThe unit is perfect for our needs and they took care of financing and electrical that very day. We chose them on Thursday and it was installed the following Monday and completed in one day. We had air the same night. They called Tuesday to make sure it was working fine and we couldn’t be happier. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Also Jesus you are a rock star and the same for the rest of your team. So glad we went with Freedom Air vs. the other companies we looked into.

The 2 gentlemen ( Marcus Nieves & Jesus) who performed the removal of my old HVAC system and installation of my new system were fantastic. They worked quickly and tirelessly under the most extreme heat in my attic but would stop to answer every question I posed to them and they explained everything professionally. They are a tremendous asset to Freedom Air.
