They were able to get my ac running in short order. It’s really hot outside & now cooling indoors too. I’d recommend them for your ac repair.

Terrible professionalism, this companies crew was working next door to my home after 9pm. Throwing old AC units around the front yard of my neighbors home and running there impact drills. My wife and child were sleeping, when they were asked to keep it down they completely ignored the request and continued for over an hour.

When I called the office about it, the “office manager” had zero sense of urgency about the complaint and couldn’t wait to get off of the phone. She stated that they had to work late to due to the customers AC had stopped working and needed to get it running for them. This was false! The home is empty they could have easily returned at a reasonable time the next day.

Baron diagnosed the issue immediately as a bad capacitor . He pointed out that the blade on compressor was not spinning. After replacing the part, he checked to ensure that freon levels were where they should be. I am truly impressed with Freedom technicians. They are customer focused, friendly and professional.

I called Freedom Air to do a maintenance check on my unit. I have noticed that my electric bill was higher than usual and didn't know if Lakeland Electric did another increase or maybe my ac unit had a problem. Once the tech (Baron) checked my unit he asked if my electric bill was high I told him yes. He found that I had a small freon leak and had a capacitor failing which would cause my bill to be more. He repaired the problems and did a very thorough troubleshooting and cleaning of my unit. Yes it cost more than I initially had thought but I can go into summer knowing that my unit is working at 100%. I feel confident that the problems were real and not bogus so they could charge more. I'm glad I called Freedom Air and will call them again if needed.

Marcus came over and did an absolutely great job breaking down everything and had a great attitude. I moved forward with the annual membership because of how pleased I was with this service and that’s saying something for me. 100% recommend.

Our AC stopped working due to an electrical surge/lightning strike Friday mid-day while we were out running errands. Freedom was able to come out the same day & get it back up & running.
