Baron the tech was very professional. Very funny. Made the experience that was stressful not so bad. He told me what my 20 year old air-conditioning was doing and what was causing the issue. He also showed me the problem. Checked out the remaining system. Turned out my motor although still works the shaft holding the motor is worn-out but for 20 years old the unit is doing pretty well

Baron was very knowledgeable and professional. Took his time not only to correct problem but explain the problem to me for future concern. Also arrived when they said they would and took his time at both the condenser and handler to make sure they were both running smooth. Highly recommend. I have used Freedom Air for the last 6 years and would be hard pressed to find a more reliable courteous and professional group.

Marcus was fantastic! He kept me informed during the entire diagnostic process and took an awesome video to actually show me what the problem was. He was very nice and super professional. He explained everything in detail about the issue and how he could fix it. I will definitely be recommending Freedom Air to everyone I know and using them if needed in the future. I cannot say enough good about Freedom Air Conditioning. From my initial contact with their office Friday 7/22 until the professional installation on Wednesday 7/27 the experience was awesome. When Baron and George arrived there was an instant connection and I realized that I could do business with this company. No pushing, no pressure just questions and suggestions to solve our problems. No opinions on competitive products or companies.
After answering any questions and making suggestions, Baron gave us several options and we chose one that fit our needs and budget. They were able to fit us in immediately and our system was on it’s very last leg.
On Wednesday morning Jim (the owner) stopped by and introduced himself and thanked us for our business…….something that is very rare these days. Shortly afterwards, George and Letavis showed up fully prepared and worked tirelessly in the Florida heat and in my attic to install the new system. Everything was up and running in several hours.Everything was cleaned up and operating…………we thought! The next morning things didn’t seem right. I texted Baron at 7:30 am and he called me immediately. (Like he does every time!)
He fit me in his very busy schedule and came by to see us. It took him less than 5 minutes to find a minor mistake that any company could make and had it up and running perfectly in 10 minutes.
What is great experience for a very picky customer.
