Highly recommended! After reviewing several other companies and seeing what others had experienced, I came across Freedom Air. Their 5 star ratings go way back. I had already had a few estimates from other companies to replace my old system. I called Freedom Air and Baron came out to give me an estimate. Baron was very knowledgeable and professional and not once pressure me into anything. He gave me a great deal on a new Carrier system so I gladly accepted. Several days later Baron and Marcus showed up as scheduled and replaced everything. They were very polite and professional and did an amazing job with the install. They made sure they cleaned up everything and made sure I had all the knowledge I needed before they left. No matter what you need, you don't have to look any further. Call Freedom Air! I will definitely be using them for all my needs.

The technician Jesus Sanchez is very professional and thorough. This company does not try to dupe people with fake A/C problems just to get you to spend money needlessly. I appreciate their integrity.

The owner, Jim, came out and did the estimate in person on Tuesday. Friday, the same week, Jesus and Octavius installed my new unit. They were extremely professional and polite. They did an excellent job on the install and cleaned up after themselves. Jesus was very thorough in explaining the new thermostat and maintenance of the unit. He asked us several times if we had any questions before he left. They even added a sub-panel that wasn't in the estimate, but still build me the original quote. I wish I could give this company 10 stars.

Technician was prompt and professional; got my Dad's AC back up and cooling in half an hour.

We have been with Freedom Air for almost 3 years now and they have always been on time, professional, and knowledgeable with the maintenance on our unit. Recently we had a problem with the unit freezing over and the motor burning out. Made an emergency call and they had their technician Jesus at our house in less 20 mins! He told us what needed to be done and went about getting the task rolling. It took a couple of days to get the part, but that wasn't their fault since it was a warranty part. Christine at their office always kept us informed on the situation. Once they received the part, Marcus came out and installed it right away with no issues. I would highly recommend Freedom Air because they are a family owned business and they care for their customers and go above and beyond to help you.

I called on Tuesday afternoon, they were able to schedule me for Wed at noon. That was impressive. My scheduled time was between noon and 2. I received a call at 1230 letting me know they were in the way. Baron was extremely thorough and friendly. He was professional and answered all my questions and I had a lot ! Very fair pricing and work was well done as well! I will be a forever customer now ! Thank you Baron and Freedom Air Conditioning!
