Olson's Arctic Air

He's a good hvac person but how he just disregarded my mother as a customer was wrong. He's done work for years for us at my moms house at my moms business, at my condo in Orlando, and even at a newly created salon I started a few years back. We've always treated him nicely and he's always received full payment for his jobs but he totally disrespected us and made it seem like we are worthless customers simply because he had to fix 2 issue from other contractors in the past. He offered to refer us to someone else but no referral is necessary from a person that doesn't value people. Was he good, yes but he's not the only good a/c person. I'll be calling another licensed professional to handle my mothers jobs from now on. My review is a combination of service and value.

David did a great job for me repairing my ac unit. The service was excellent and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done.
