We have been loyal United customers for several years. Received excellent care and customer service from Damareus today. He is a great guy and went above and beyond while doing our maintenance. United is the only HVAC service provider we will ever use.

The technician was very professional and completed the maintenance on my unit promptly. He was very informative, letting me know the state of the system and what to watch for in the future. He checked the temperature of the air coming out of the ducts to be sure it was cooling correctly. This company is the best and their personnel are outstanding as is the service they provide.

The young man that came out and serviced our air conditioner was great. He was above and beyond the call of duty on everything he was just great. We want him back again. Next time. This company is one of the best in Polk county or actually is the best in Polk county.

Very professional and friendly have used them since about 2006 best price and service. We are on their maintenance plan so we get price reductions and no overtime fees for calling them out. Highly recommend

I've used United Refrigeration for several years and have always been pleased with their services. I do the twice a year maintenance, which is very reasonable, to try and head off more expensive issues. So far it's already caught a couple of minor things that could have become major. The techs are always courteous, on time and answer any and all questions you might have. Look forward to continuing to use them in the future.

Have been with United Refrigeration for more than 15 years they have always taken care of any problem I have had with my hearing and aircondioner even when someone else made a mistake when I had to use a different company to install a new unit had to use the company my insurance did business with and they made a mistake when they did the work United saved the day and fixed the problem I also got the money back I had to pay United only got money back be cause the pictures and discretion of the mistake the other company did that wasn't right. Our home was not cooling down and electric bill was very high last month. Technician came out and found a leak in coolant system. Repaired and now AC works great!
