One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Jacksonville

That Technician has never service the compressor unit. He only checks the air handler in the garage. Last visit he pour water down air handler drain and maybe checked electrical side of the air handler. He gun decks maintenance. He spends more time sitting in the van on the cell phone. The first Tech. that came out was great. One of the Tech forgot to secure the power to the air handler. I pay 17.99 a month for maint.

Johan took the time to be thorough and complete work. He was professional and explained the process. I appreciated this good service from company that installed new system 2 years ago. Service was next day!

Brandon was very responsive, skilled, and patient as a technician. We are always greatful for his assistance with all of our properties. We intend to continue his personal services in the future.

Our tech was awesome! He did exactly what we asked, worked with us on our timeline, and even installed a switch unexpectedly with no complaints! Will definitely use this company again! 😊

One Hour Heating & Air is the preferred service for my HVAC. They are courteous and informative and will contact me when service is due. This was not my experience with other companies that service Heating and Air Conditioning systems. They do suggest additional items for your system but they are not pushy. They are very thorough in their servicing the whole system and not just the air handler and/or condenser unit. One Hour Heating & Air has won my loyalty as a customer. I would suggest to anyone that they use One Hour Heating & Air.

Today we reported a whirliing noise and vibration in our fan. Our technician came within an hour of his notice and examined the problem. Then he told us parts would be here Monday and they would change out the fan. The technician was polite and thorough.
One Hour has always done a good job for us.

Our technician came earlier than expected and replaced our fan in minutes. He was polite and professional and he did a good job.

He has been here often over the years and still exceeds himself each time. This is the best company with the nicest and most knowledgable people I have worked with in a very long time. Am very happy with the whole experience. A+

Routine service was performed today. Gerald was on time and knowledgeable. He explained all that he did and we appreciated his work. Would gladly have him service us again.

Gerald Glover arrived at our home and immediately proceeded to discover what was causing our HVAC system to malfunction. He was pleasant, courteous and got right to business. After a tests, he was able to find the problem and get the system back to normal operations. Thank you for employing this good employee who is representing your company in the highest manner. I would of giving a 5 but, I’m not happy with this company! They sent someone right away, Ted was awesome! He explained everything I needed to know about a new unit. He even hears me say my son has allergies, & he recommends an A/C unit for people that has allergies. So signed paper for 10,058.00 later, & was told I would receive an digital thermometer. He worked a water heater in as well, being ours blew up! He did his job & did it amazingly! This was on Friday 28, so I ask him, I’m guessing next week it will be installed? Oh no ma’am we strive customers service, it will be tomorrow! Oh wow, how awesome thank you so much!!! So I was told I could leave someone there, I had plans with my kids. My sister n law stayed, they came as I was leaving. Oh ok, that’s awesome there here! Came home to no digital thermometer, workers took my bricks that could be used to make a patio space. Ok, I’m paying 10058.00 & you gotta use my stuff without asking!?! I don’t like people touching my things not even my kids! Called & spoke to Scott the manager & he didn’t seem to thrilled or really wanting to speak to me! I was told they would replace the bricks, I said no it’s ok. They should of asked that’s all! Told my digital thermometer would be delivered, nope nothing! Plus tried calling him back to tell him, I don’t think they replaced the duct work in my attic as promised either! I will not recommend to anyone, this kind of money spent should be excellent service all the way around!
