This company always is fast, explains everything clearly and does a great job. Pricing is fair and having a maintenance plan has already saved me over $500 in less than a year. I love that they text you a picture of the technician who is coming to your home. Always a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Chris serviced my unit today. I have experience with several technicians the past month and all were good. Chris came today to find the leakage in freon, he found the leak. He went back to the office and obtained two portable air units for my home, brought them back and set them up. Thanks for the dedicated workers at One Hour.

Technician came out super late at night for emergency service within a day and I was very pleased with him. He was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Took time to explain what was happening and options available. Definitely worth the $99 for the appointment. Found them on Home Advisor.

Great experience. Great service. Johan did a great job and explained everything that he did. We did have a capacitor issue and when I told him we have a friend that does AC work and can fix it Johan gladly told me exactly what the part was and even took pictures what what needed to be fix so I can show our friend. No pressure on he up-sale but did explain the options. GREAT JOB!
