One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Jacksonville

Short version. Bought a new unit in April 2018. Had to have 3 items replaced so far. I pay monthly for the bro warranty where I get placed at the front of the line in an emergency. I called at 945pm. My thermostat went off my unit quit working and when I called I was informed that someone could come out in the morning or tomorrow afternoon. So much for customer service for those who purchase their warranty. Cant even get a tech to call. E over the phone to see of they can trouble shoot the issue. Took the panel off, thinking maybe it was the battery.. you guessed it. No battery there so that isnt the issue.
Dont waste the money on this so called Bro warranty.

Wanted to add an update. the tech came out this evening. Tuesday 6-11. Greg was awesome and knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed it up. Wish someone would have called last night and we could have fixed it ourselves. Either way. Thank you Greg for fixing the issue

We received the ultimate bad news as far as our air-conditioner goes, it needed to be fully replaced. Or technician took the time to go through the entire unit to see what could be saved if anything and gave us multiple choices of how to go about saving our system. Fortunate for me I have a family member in the business who is able to replace my entire system at cost. But one our air-conditioning gave me a very fair bid that I don't think I could have beaten had I not had a family member in the business. I now have a completely new system but I fully intend on keeping one our air-conditioning as my monthly maintenance company. I am very happy with their service and dedication to quality.

Brandon did a great and efficient job like he always does, it's good to have the same technician responding to my house. Rapport is an important thing for both parties.

Have had One Hour AC/Heat since July 2010...At first, the service men who handled the semi-annual checks were efficient and knowledgeable. A few years later, not so much...But I am happy to say that I am very pleased with the service this past 2 visits. Hopefully, these men will remain with the company.

As a native Floridian, a working AC unit is a vital item. Our technician Brandon was a HUGE help. He was quick to diagnose the issue, repair the issue and was kindly patient and completely understanding when our property manager left her office before the bill could be paid. I definitely recommend Brandon for any future AC services.

replaced an evaporator coil, they were efficient and on time. Been with the company for many years and had a new unit installed by them. have a 10 year warranty on the new unit and have not paid one cent for any repairs and many were expensive. Recommend them to anyone that wants efficient and professional services.

I just purchased a new home and had my heat & air unit serviced by Bill with One Hour Heat & Air. They sent someone over that same day! Bill meticulously went over the entire unit, washed the outside unit thoroughly and changed the filter. I am so pleased with their service and plan to have followups on a regular basis.
