Brandon was very excellent very thorough up front an honest about everything. An a great attitude treated us with respect an didn't pressure us on anything an we got a good deal definitely recommend one hr bros will be using them from here on out.

Initially my experience with One Hour was not good. I was contacted by Brandi from there customer service department. She was extremely helpful in answering my concerns and rectifying the situation. I am extremely pleased with the speed in which they reached out to me, and I can honestly say this is what should be expected from a reputable company such as this. With our AirConditioning cycling off and on last evening we were quick to call One Hour BROS Air Conditioning Heating Jacksonville. They couldn't help us last night and told us their only appointment for today was at 5pm. What a great surprise to get a text and email from them at 10:20am telling us that Brandon T. was on his way.

One Hour provided excellent service again. Brandon completed the work and had the AC cooling again. Brandon was very concerned about his customers, and went out of his way to let us know what is going on with our system. He was very considerate about our home went out of his way to make sure things are the way they should be.

He answered all our questions, concerns. Very knowledgeable, patient, and through. Definitely will be our permanent technician

Very knowledgeable crew, came and diagnosed the problem very quickly, and provided the estimates and collected $2K in no time, well it's been over a week, no update on when to expect the AC fixed, when I call in and say need refund, I am being threatened it might take 8 weeks or more to get the money back, really?

I have had great experiences with two of the technicians Johan and Brandon and will continue to work with this company in the future. Their front office is professional and responsive. They are very clear about cost and expectations and the technicians take the time to educate and offer assistance and options once they arrive in your home. Thank you for your great service

This company was really responsive and helpful. We did have some communication issues with their weekend scheduler, but our technician Kendall was really great! He was definitely a people person and very knowledgeable about the products. The only reason we didn't go with them, is we decided to sell our home as-is.

One hour BROS was not only quick and efficient but the tech who came out (Brandon) walked us through every detail, provided helpful tips, and showed us everything. He was friendly, professional and thoughtful. By far the best customer service. We were very impressed with every moment of the experience. i highly recommend.

Johan was our technician and he was simply amazing. He was very professional and took his time to access the issue with our unit, we felt very confident with his findings and will move forward with a new unit. One hour Bros came highly recommended by word of mouth to us and I too will recommend One Hour Bros. going forward. When your technicians represent your company well you don’t have to pay to advertise because your customers will do it for you!!! Job very well done!!

The technician was great! Outside AC unit needed a capacitor replaced, and he replaced it. I was happy to pay the $99 fee for them to come out, and troubleshoot, I however was not happy to pay $209 for a $20 part. That was a HUGE ripoff and I won't be doing business with them in the future.
