These are the jiffy lube guys of AC work. One year old system getting it yearly service. Was told everything was great. 2 months later when it got warm ac stopped working. Came back out and told me I needed $1200 worth of work and it was low on Freon. The service guy was “nice” Enough to Hook us up with 2lbs of Freon to get it going at no charge. He explained that there was a leak and it would last. I needed to get a leak test performed for $600 and it was probably the coil leaking. Estimated $1200 + for repairs. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent their certified repair company out. Freon levels were fine. No leak. The only thing noted was the insulation inside the squirrel cage box was loose and obstructing flow. He fixed it at no charge. Ac has been great ever since (5 weeks). Thought 1hr bro’s were doing me a solid. Now I see they were trying to screw me. The “brojuvenation” got the first guy out to screw with the system so they could come back and “fix”
It later. Never again.

Our house was struck by lightning and our havoc system was damaged. We called one hour and they were at my house within 2 hours. Johan was very professional and knowledgeable with his trade. Gerald was professional and did a thorough job servicing our air conditioning unit. He called to let me know when he was on his way and sent a text with his picture so that I could identify him when he arrived. Although the company is very busy this time of year and this was my third time to set up an appointment, I am happy with the service provided. I did not feel pressured into buying anything.

So update from last night, i called in this morning, spoke with the office. They apologized for the miscommunication. She got me scheduled for this afternoon from 2-6. Amir came out, and fixed our AC. He showed up, explained what happened and what we need to look for in the future. Our capacitor went out. I really appreciated the professionalism from him.

guess what, still have the brotection plan. My unit was making a loud noise, I called at 715 pm to find out when I can get someone out, 10 mins later my unit quit working altogether. Was told first available was Saturday. Then was told a supervisor would call me, no call was made. Called back and was told dispatch would call me tonight, still no call. We live in Florida, I pay to have the protection plan and I can't get a phone call back. This company is quick to take your money but does not stand behind their motto.
Very disappointing. I will be calling in the morning, if I can't get someone out tomorrow I will cancel the plan and request a refund!

I purchased a new unit in April 2018. First few months had 3 repairs made. Had to call tonight at 945pm because my unit quit working, I purchased the brotection plan, and I was told that someone could come out in the morning around 9 or tomorrow afternoon. I work and I cant leave my son home with no AC. Not the service I was expecting to receive after paying almost 2 years for this brotection plan. (Paid for plan with my old system before I got my new one) cant even get a phone call from a tech to try to walk me through it. Thanks Bros.. your company keeps on disappointing.

The technician who visited my home yesterday, Brandon Temples, was great, to say the least. He explained the one problem my air conditioning system was experiencing thoroughly. It needed refrigerant, and so I gave him permission to add it. He did so, and the system is now working perfectly. Not only was he completely professional, he was extremely polite and personable. You are lucky to have him on your staff!

Then my experienced changed!!!!

I rate them a one that was 5 stars because every time they come out to do a maintenance check up for the good plan they offer. They came out make sure the system was good to go as per their program then not even a month later something happens and the motor goes out. As after much back-and-forth they did replace it no problem everything worked. Then they come out to do the schedule check up in the winter time and they check it so everything is good to go and here it is not even a month later and it’s freezing up it’s not doing what it supposed to, so I called my plan they said they couldn’t send someone out for a day and a half even though they have 24/7 service. I did call back the next day and they did send someone out that day which was very nice of them. They said they were short people and I was like okay no problem. But they sent one tech and half through him checking things out another one shows up, if they are short people why did two come?? They said that nothings wrong with it everything‘s good to go. I’m like how is everything good to go and I know it’s freezing and not working properly and I said well what about you know this it’s doing this and he said that it could be the motor and let me check that because I didn’t so I’m thinking in my head how are you saying that everything’s OK when you haven’t checked everything but he came back and said it was running fine. And he was actually our first technician to come out and he quoted us a number to move the unit to the other side the house , Put it on the pad, new disconnects, new ducting, complete package. (He expressed that we needed new ducting to fix our problem) When he comes out to do this emergency call I tell him that we want to go ahead and move the unit and get everything fixed in everything like we discussed prior and he said oh OK that’ll be another number way more because I didn’t quote you for new ducting I said yes you did and I have the email that says it. So that is where we’re currently at I’m now finding them for a quote they had given me also I hope the AC last through the night.

Amir is the consummate professional. I would HIGHLY recommend that the powers that be recognize the fact that they are, in fact, extremely fortunate to have in their employ a conscious employee in their fold. I think that Amir deserves a nice increase in his renumeration

Johan did an efficient job. He was professional and courteous and moreover honest. I have an older mobile home and it’s made of metal. He checked everything from temperature to air flow and refrigerant. Everything was working fine. He didn’t try to sell me something that wouldn’t help and he gave me some ideas that I think will work. Thanks Johan and keep up the great work!

Please DO NOT waste your time or compromise your peace dealing with this company. A technician (Gerald Glover) was sent out and proceeded to persuade me that the whole unit needed to replaced and he did not carry R22 freon for my system. He guaranteed me that I would have to call him back by the next day because my unit was done for. After further discussion, I made the decision that the entire system did not need to be changed quite yet and that I would only be paying him the service/diagnostic charge. He left and came back (without my permission,[This was witnessed by one of my children])to incorrectly rewire the capacitor so the fan and the compressor could function the opposite way. This discovery was also confirmed by a second company that I called.. who, by the way, was able to get my AC back up and running to tip top condition WITHOUT having to replace the whole unit! I am very disappointed at the lack of integrity the technician had. It makes me wonder how many other innocent customers have been deceived.
