High Quality Installation and outstanding follow up

Brent and his team from the office staff and field tech provided great service and follow up.Our challange was to replace both a 5 tom HVAC heat pump and AV along with air cleaning system, did I mention a chain to assist with install, Brent team handled everything, from quote, permit, product selection and advise to install and follow up

Bought a new AC system through Cooler Bear recently and everything was great. The owner Brent was super professional, and straightforward. We got estimates from multiple companies and Cooler Bear was the best. The guys who installed the AC were very courteous and professional. We had one very, very minor complication with the system after the guys left. I called Brent directly to explain the problem. He sent someone back over immediately and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes. Will definitely continue to use Cooler Bear in the future.

We were referred to Brent (the owner) when we needed multiple new home heat pumps and air handlers. The recommendation came from multiple neighbors for whom Cooler Bear had done extensive HVAC work. Not only did Brent take the time to personally and carefully assess our needs, but also spent quite a bit of time sharing his knowledge and experience from 25 years in the business to educate me about the various types/brands of HVAC systems as well as their costs. After a thorough review of the pros/cons of available options, we elected to proceed with the combination of single stage heat pumps and variable speed air handlers to optimize both temperature and humidity control. The heat pumps came with an anti-corrosion coating designed for coastal salt water climates - an effective and cost efficient option that other vendors had never mentioned.

The Cooler Bear team was very efficient and courteous at all times while working nonstop over the course of 2 days to remove and then meticulously install the new systems (see photo). Big shout out to the crew of Tyler, Nick, Craig and Mikey who did a great job! I also greatly appreciated that at the end of the process they took the the time to patiently walk me through the ins/outs of operating the new thermidistat key pads. We are very pleased that we chose Cooler Bear Heat and Air for our HVAC needs and look forward to having them service us in the years ahead.
