Highly recommend! My air conditioner stopped working. Spoke to a very nice person to schedule an appointment, great customer service. The repair man was very nice. Professional, and respectful and quick to diagnose the problem, he had my air conditioner up and running in no time. The price was great and well worth the money. I am very impressed with both the girl answering my call and the technician, professionalism and knowledge.. I highly recommend this company. Great employees, great service, quick to respond, and great price.

My technician Raymond was awesome! He was so patient as I have several contractors at my house at the very same time. He gave me an estimate on the spot and was able to do the work straight away. He needed to install 2 nests which he only had 1 in his truck so they brought 2 more to him. He also looked at the entire HVAC system and replaced the filters. I am so glad to have the work done and also got a maintenance contract! Since the offer so many services, I had forgotten to ask about a water softener but they are coming back out on Monday to give me an estimate - also love working with a family owned company!

Sam Grimes was not only punctual, knowledge and pleasant to work with. He came assessed the issue offered recommendations and provided pictures so that we were well aware of the issues. He took his time and made sure we understood what exactly the problems were in lay terms! We felt very confident in his assessment and went with his advice to perform the necessary repair and trouble shoot for further items. We highly recommend Donovan's for the responsiveness and professionalism especially working with Sam Grimes as our preferred technician of choice !

This team was immediately responsive, incredibly professional, and went above and beyond by bringing window units over to cool down my house until a new system could be installed the next day. They made a surprise AC failure as easy to deal with as it could possibly be.
The install team also took great care to be incredibly respectful of my home, laying down drop cloths to protect my floors, taking their shoes off in the house without me ever asking, and just were courteous and respectful and efficient all day.
Every interaction I had, whether it was the first call, repair tech, sales rep, or install team was handled promptly and professionally. They really made it easy!

We have been using Donovan for several years now. I highly recommend them! They keep track of our scheduled A/C maintenance so I don't have to. They reach out several weeks in advance to schedule. When the technician is on the way, I get a text from them, along with a picture of the technician (for safety). Greg handled our service today and was extremely thorough to ensure we don't encounter unnecessary issues down the road. We are very pleased with their service!

Seth came out on a Saturday and installed a new HVAC system for me. I just closed on my condo and was surprised to find that the HVAC was in failure. Donovan expedited a diagnostic repair visit and then followed up with the install for the following weekend! Seth was professional, friendly efficient and quick! Ty Donovan. Highly recommend them! Will use going forward for yearly maintenance!

Donovan's came out several weeks back to inspect our AC closet for some issues we were having throughout the house with humidity. Stephen Keller, on of their consultants, came out and spent time with us going over why we were having issues and recommendations of next steps for resolution. He was on time, thorough, transparent and very knowledgable. We want to say thank you for your time and professionalism. 5 stars.

Donovan is great. Super responsive and so delicate work in our old house. Glad to have all the knob and tube disconnected and finally have a safe home. Couldn’t have done it without donovan!
