The preferred customer program is a good deal. It applies to all their services - HVAC, plumbing, electrical. The HVAC tech Devan was very thorough and efficient, explained and documented everything for the preventative maintenance. The plumbing tech Miguel went above and beyond - when my water heater broke, he spent time on the phone with the prior provider sorting out my warranty options...when that didn't work (not his fault, terrible response and options from the old company) Donovan had a new heater out and Miguel installed it the same afternoon. So, all positive experiences.

Excellent service. I have used Donovan since getting a new AC install years ago. They are always friendly, professional and timely! The appointment reminders and services provided are always organized. I highly recommend the local company!

They did a great job years ago replacing my vents in teh attic. That made a tremendous difference in heating and cooling the home evenly. They also replaced my units about 10 years ago and keep them going strong with regular maintenance.

On 1-11 we meet Stephen, and he was very professional and explained everything to us about the HVAC unit we wanted to extend or move. He did give us the information about the maintenance plan also.
Later that day we meet Gavin, and he explained everything to us and we plan on having him come back today 1-12

All the young men were very professional, they were very well spoken and polite. They explained that we didn't have all the parts need to complete the lighting up put, and they located the missing part and explained that they would be back tomorrow at 8am to complete the job. They cleaned up and they located the needed part for us to purchase . They made sure that I understood everything. You have very capable and personable employees. I also spoke with Regina and she was very professional and we will tell our neighbors about the excellent service we received from Donovan . I really could not believe that they were also so timely.

The Donovan brothers hire well. Alex Lara did our 6-month maintenance (as preferred customers) and suggested we consider replacing one of our two heat-pump/air-handler units sooner rather than later. He was first-rate, personable and professional. Tyler Dean was the lead installer, assisted by a young man named Logan, and Brinton Long was here for a while too. They were all first-rate, but most of my communication about the installation was with Tyler. Like Alex, he was both personable and professional. These men represent the Donovan brothers well. In the field, they are the faces of the company.

Great service. Christian diagnosed the problem right away and did a great job inside and out. I live six months up north and will sleep easier knowing that someone will take care of the a/c in my absence. Donovan was the second company I called. Good thing too the other guys said I needed a new motor. Would have cost a mint. So Donovan got my business. Great to find a technician who knows what he’s doing

Every aspect of the process of replacing our old AC system was very professional - from the initial quote through the follow-up after the completion. We would definitely recommend Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing!

Service was provided to a rental house. Received call from tenant Sunday evening re: ac not working. New unit was installed and completed Tues. Fast service, knowledgble, and professionally done. Will do repeat business with them as needed.

Jesse, the electrician, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked quietly and efficiently for the 5 hours it took change out the CB Panel in my house, this was actually faster than promised. The reason for changing the panel was the fact that Cheyenne, another Donovan electrician upgrading outlets, noticed that our old panel, a Challenger, is notorious for catching fire! We were relieved to get rid of it after what we read online.
