Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing

We had a list of things that needed attention including fixture repairs. Donovan scheduled promptly, let us know when to expect service (with a photo of the person coming), and Jesse Rilea was great. He was courteous, friendly, efficient, helpful, and very proficient. I would recommend this service and Jesse whole heartedly.

My whole experience with Donovan was exceptional. Aaron squeezed a consultation in same day as I submitted a request online. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new system and my budget and then explained everything and answered all my questions. William and Tyler were excellent technicians. The job was done quickly and cleanly. William even walked me through the setup of my new WiFi thermostat. Thanks to the team for making this an easy and stress-free purchase/experience. I did not get that experience from two other companies I called for quotes. It made choosing a vendor easy!

My air quit working last night. I called Donovan for a service call first thing this morning. I am not under service contract with them and had not previously used them. I spoke to someone in the office about 7:30 a.m. They promised a same day appt. A few hours later a service tech showed up. He was courteous and professional. He solved my problem in just a few minutes. The price was suprisingly reasonable. I signed a service agreement to have them come service my unit regularly.

We started using Donovan once they installed a new air conditioning system in our house last year. They are a great company to work with. Chris, the tech who made a few minor plumbing related repairs for us today, was professional, hospitable and very helpful. This company is top notch. We now use them for all our plumbing, electrical and air conditioning needs!

Carlos did a great job fixing our garage disposal and toilet upstairs. Originally he wasn't supposed to make it out until tomorrow, but squeezed us in today. We are very thankful they worked us in And came out today. So glad Donovan added a plumbing and electrical division as we have been clients for years. Highly recommend Donovan for any service they offer as we have used them HVAC, Electrical, and now Plumbing.

I had a fabulous experience with Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing. Sadly, I needed a new AC. Steve was fantastic going over the options and what would be best for my space, while being considerate of budget concerns. I then had the pleasure of having Zach and Nate install the new AC system. Both were very professional and demonstrated their knowledge by being very thorough with the installation. Zach also took the time to go over the new unit and encouraged me to ask any questions I may have. He provided answers to all of my questions. All three even put up with my little dog, who likes to bark at strangers. I think my wife and I were more annoyed with the barking than they were. Anyway, I have nothing but good things to say about Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing. All three employees were great, price was good, and installation was done in a very timely manner. Thank you, Steve, Zach, and Nate! You represent your company with quality and professionalism, I greatly appreciate that.

Update to review below: new AC was installed along with new thermostat. It was a long day due to some unforeseen circumstances. However they were early, respectful of my property, respectful of the fact that I work from home, talked me through what issues they ran into and discussed solutions and cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy with how things were being left. I could not be more pleased with everyone I have come in contact with at Donovan!

I setup an appointment with Donovan with the intent of having them install a new thermostat. Terry was able to connect the thermostat so it does not require batteries. He was professional, honest, and respectful. I am very happy I called on Donovan and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Donovan did an incredible job replacing our HVAC and then were incredibly prompt to help when we needed the units moved as part of our reno. Dependable and professional, they’ll be our first call for HVAC needs from now on.

Technician came over for the annual maintenance. Everything were good. As an improvement/preventive measure. the technician advised to install an additional capacitor (start up kit) and the total cost for this was $389 (after membership discount). I paid and then I found exactly the same part on Amazon was only $84.95. So I was charged for EXTRA $300 for a 5-min installation.

I was very disappointed. I trusted Donovan for years and this company treated me like a fool.

I called the customer service and now I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor. Will see how it goes.

BTW, the technician was great. Very nice and professional. Checked everything thoroughly. Thanks for this.

I needed an electrical update to handle a microwave. Technician explained the process to me so I understood what he was doing. He completed the work in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself. This was the first time I have used Donovan's electrical service. It is good to have one company provide multiple services.
