Wonderful experience. The two men did a great job installing my pendant light. They vacuumed all their mess from installing a new light switch and power box for my light . Very patience with the project . Great communication during installing the project .

The service person successfully fixed a blocked kitchen sink drain in less than an hour. Unfortunately the charge to do a simple clog fix on one line was $290. This was the price for a preferred customer with an annual maintenance plan. I needed to have the clog fixed but will need to rethink continuing this preferred customer relationship.

HVAC started acting up Wednesday night. Called and actually spoke to an employee, not an answering service. First thing in morning service tech came out and serviced our system. Very professional, quick, courteous. Kept us informed along way. Can’t give them a high enough rating.

Called of Air outage in evening and serviceman arrived a little after noon the next day. Courteous, answered questions, and did quick assessment. He was out in about 1 hour.

I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. I was told by another company who serviced my old air unit that it was time to purchase a new HVAC unit. Called 3 people for quotes. Donavan representative was actually earlier to appointment and Brandon was very knowledgeable, offered a decent price on a Carrier unit, helped me to moved the unit to side of the house since back porch would be more peaceful. My other neighbors who used them also gave me stellar feedback. Crew of three came, they were very professional and did a quality job and respectful. Since I recently renovated our bathroom, I used their 0% 18 months option to give myself a breathing space. I am so glad that I have chosen Donovan. They will continue to provide maintenance for a year and that’s part of the service. Unit has ten year warranty and five year labor warranty. Thank you.
I wanted to add that the other two company did not work because one gave 5K more than Donovan’s quote for the same system and sales person was arrogant and pushy and the other one did not offer Carrier. Donovan is simply a great company.

First provider to not cancel at the last minute and actually showed up on time. Courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what our concerns were with our system. Alex did a great job!

James was great! He did an awesome job explaining the issue and what he’d done to fix it. He also let me know about the maintenance program that Donovan offers which seems like a great deal for my particular situation with an aging HVAC system. I have much more peace of mind knowing that my current issue is resolved and that I have a business to turn to when something comes up again.

Travis was very polite, showed up on time. explained I didnt need vent cleaning, vents were dusty but not the duct work. first time using Donovan and I will use them again! very professional, courteous guy. appreciate that in a tech nowadays! no lie.
