I had a leaky water heater that needed to be replaced. Donovan responded quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote to replace my water heater. When they gave me the quote to replace the heater it seemed high so I asked for a breakout of the price of the water heater and was told "we don't do it that way, It is a total price". Well I decided to get another quote that came in well below Donovan's price with a breakout of the heater cost and labor cost that came to about 1/2 the price of Donovan. I felt like Donovan's price was predatory. I did not use them and had a very successful replacement for a much more reasonable charge. Beware.

I had the most pleasant experience. Jim is very skillful and knowledgeable of course. He installed my car wall charger perfectly. Price is reasonable. He is very pleasant, honest and kind. Thank you.

I have been using Donovan for over a year for all of my Electrical, Heating and Air and Plumbing needs. By far they are the best company I have ever dealt with. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably priced. You always know you are getting the very best service. Their technicians, dispatch and customer service is the VERY BEST! I recently enclosed my lanai and Donovan came out to access the A/C needs for the enclosure and recommended a cost effective option for the newly enclosed room. It has absolutely changed the temperature needs in the new room as well as the entire downstairs. The team was so well organized when inspecting and replacing my ac/heating unit recently. I had used them last year to clean duct work and was impressed then with the care they took and the professional manner in which they worked. This year from the minute I made the phone call to when they pulled out of my driveway, the entire process was carried out with knowledgeable personnel in a timely manner. I have operated my own business for many years and appreciate good customer service when I see it. Good products, good pricing too. They also offer helpful financing arrangements so that payments can be delayed. An exceptional outfit overall.

I found Devan personable, competent, and very helpful. As I told him, he clearly appreciates other people, a clear indication that he's going to enjoy his life in and out of work. He helped me understand what I need to do to take care of my heating/air conditioning equipment as well as general things to do to negotiate ludicrous state that I stumbled into.

Donovan installed two systems for me in one home. One was a replacement unit and the other was a total new install. This occurred in spring 2022. The install was awesome in terms of staff and quality of installation.
this year was the annual clean up and inspection....bravo again. Donovan sent Stuart whom I did not know but he was thorough, courteous, clean, and appeared to be effective. Use this companyu!

Dustin Mattox and even whole crew did unusually great job. I was calling Monday at 2.30PM for maintenance A/C schedule. She offered me next day 8-10AM, short after 9AM Dustin showed. Did his best, explain everything what he did and gave me couple good ideas how to maintain my system until next check up. Professionalism and easy work with make me feel comfortable and ensure me that I'm in good hands.

They were great! They recently installed a unit in our garage. Came out quickly, very professional, and fair price. We moved into our house in December. They had recently installed HVAC units for the sellers, so we decided to give them a try. They had also been out to clean the ducts after extensive construction after we bought the house. Highly recommend this company.

We had 6 companies give us quotes for work and Donovan was the only one that actually looked at both units and duct work, took measurements, and answered all questions. They were on time, courteous, we received a text message showing who would be in our house for the appointment. They took pictures of their work as they went, and cleaned up any mess (there really wasn't a lot). They protected my tile floors before performing any work and answered all questions, even after hours. I would highly recommend Donovan to anyone. We felt like we were their only priority for the day, and my very picky husband was very impressed with their work, and work ethic. If I could give 10 stars I would.
