Ocean State Air Conditioning & Heating

Just had two technicians stay very late into their day to ensure our AC was up and running.

This is our second home that we’ve used Ocean State for and I can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff. They wowed us this time.

Robert and Andreas you are both incredible. Thanks for all you did so late into the night. Robert has been my technician for going on 5 years and has always taken great care of us and is such an enjoyable dude to be around.

Kuddos to you, Ocean State for finding/ keeping amazing people who represent your brand so well.

Robert and Malik performed my maintenance as well as cleared a clogged drain for me same day when I noticed my drain pan had 1/2inch of water in it - yikes! No one wants water damage and thankfully Oceanstate came same day and took care of the issue. Robert has visited me many times and is always a delight and Malik is training and did a great job. Oceanstate has been my go to for over 10 years and they always do an excellent job!

The professionalism within this company is awesome, from the office to the field is above and beyond. I have used this company for over 20+ years and refer them often. I am especially grateful for Robert our service tech, his
knowledge of the industry speaks for itself, always courteous and efficient. His training of the new generation of people learning the HVAC industry will benefit them greatly. There's no price gouging and if it ain't broke you can be sure they don't try and fix it, just to increase the bill. Good to know honesty is in the forefront.

Robert came over and did a complete maintenance on my AC. Discovered it was filthy, cleaned it and it looked like a new motor. He said that's the color it's suppose to be. Hard work on a hot day but Robert is thorough. He's been here before doing maintenance and he's always friendly and gives me good advice. Very affordable.

Matt, Alex & Robert are the best!! My AC unit broke the day after so moved into my new place… Ocean State was on it right away & was extremely helpful & informational. Robert helped me with the spot cooler until the new unit install. He provided extra tools & help since I wasn’t used to a spot unit. Matt & Alex did the full AC unit & new thermostat. They were punctual, paid extra attention to detail, & even took my pile of trash (from moving boxes, packages, etc) to the dump for me since they had a truck and I only had a small car. They were so kind, easy to talk to, & very helpful! They also cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. I will always call Ocean State Heating & Air for any future issues & will recommend them to everyone I know!

These folks are amazing. They perhaps don't need my review because they already have 5 stars, but I feel compelled to give a shout out for their good work. AC was not cooling, called in the morning and had Robert Scarborough at the front door in the afternoon, exactly when they said he is coming. It did not take him and the other technician very long to methodically diagnose the system and identify the problem. Replaced the faulty part and we are in the cool again. Mind you, he did not say that the unit is 10 years old and needs to be replaced like the previous company who I used for years said every time I had them come over. Cannot recommend Ocean State AC more. They are the BEST in town.

Robert and Andres came out today from Ocean State for our 6-month system review (we installed a new 4-ton with them last year).
They showed up exactly on time; were both conscientious and courteous, wearing shoe-protection throughout; explained what they were doing and the status of the system; changed filters and re-labeled the AHU and condenser part numbers in permanent ink (for future factory tag fade); and recommended ways to protect and preserve the units for long term.
Both guys were easy to work with and professional. Andres is a man after my own mind; interested in Greek and Roman Mythology and Ideas. Robert's 25-year plus experience shows in his thoroughness, knowledge and communication.

Called Ocean State Air for a repair and our yearly maintenance. When you call they work hard to get someone out right away and call you every step of the way to let you know when a tech will be there and to make future appointments. Our tech was Robert. He was on time and amazing. Our system works like a charm. I highly recommend them for a new system, for repairs and yearly maintenance.

The best company I have ever worked with. Punctual, clean and thorough. Nyk was my technician and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. He worked at saving me money where he could and helped me navigate through the thermostat settings (even got it set up on my phone). I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.
