Ocean State Air Conditioning & Heating

I could not be more pleased with Ocean State AC & Heating. They are honest, responsive, friendly, and are happy to go out of their way to answer questions. Matt & Alex recently installed a new HVAC system at my home. They were so thorough, extremely polite, and very respectful of my home. After a long day of very hard work on their part, they even took extra time to help me set up the thermostat app on my phone. This is a trustworthy company with integrity. You won't regret working with them.

We bought our unit in 2016 from Ocean State, we have done the recommended maintenance on schedule every year. Robert has primarily been our service technician during this period. Robert is very professional and an extremely knowledgeable AC tech.

Our AC went out last night and I called this morning. Robert was dispatched for the repair. Robert had Malik (his trainee) with him, and they diagnosed the issue (capacitor) right away. Robert guided Malik thru each step in diagnosing/repair, and provided rationale to each of the diagnosis steps. Robert allowed Malik to lead the interactions and Malik was very professional.

I have always had great experiences with Ocean State and their staff. I have followed their recommendations on products and services, and know with people like Robert and Malik I am getting the best value and service.

Just want to give a big shout out to the number one technician Robert. I have 6 properties which I have serviced by Robert. He is always honest and thorough when he works at my places. He is the only one I ask for. If you want a good honest and fair job. Ask for Robert.

Donnie Griffin was efficient and knowledgeable. As I needed a new system, he took time informing me of options available. Not what I wanted to hear (the cost), but having used Ocean State for years, I've learned to trust their judgement.

A big SHOUT OUT to Robert and Andreas! I have been an Ocean State customer over 35 years and had my A/C unit shut down in the middle of the night. Robert diagnosed the problem immediately the next morning (faulty Inverter) and installed a new one the next day (covered by warranty, only paid labor). He also diligently installed a Voltage Range Monitor to prevent any further HVAC failure due to an unexpected power surge. As a Maintenance Plan participant, I also saved a significant amount of money on the total bill. No more 82 degrees in the house! A job well done, Robert ... you Da Man!!!

My son changed his thermostat and then his system would only blow warm and no cool air. First he had a tech out from a different company and was told his system has low pressure and needed to be replaced. I recommended Ocean State for a 2nd opinion and they were out promptly and gave a complete evaluation and fixed the problem quickly. Professional, courteous and honest. Called Ocean State for maintenance on my residential system and Alex, the technician, was on-time, professional, exceptionally thorough, and a very clear communicator. As a bit of a perfectionist myself, I always appreciate that trait in others so I really appreciated that about Alex.
