The office staff was very responsive to our needs. Ray arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what we needed done and why. We had a "free" inspection done last year, after having used their services before. The technician inspected our A/C unit outside and then all of a sudden the A/C stopped working in the whole house and he was writing up a repair estimate!! I cannot IMAGINE the crookedness of this worker, I gave him a large piece of my mind and quickly our Air Conditioning was back to working again oddly enough, and he said it was bound to break "again" and recommended $800 worth of work. A year later we are still fine, and I didn't leave a review until they sent me ANOTHER coupon for their "Free/Discount" Inspection and I re-lived the outrage all over! DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME.

I recently had a Home Energy Solutions Visit through SolvIt Home Services and was more than impressed with their professionalism in my home! I've been familiar with the program for some time and felt that I knew what to expect - I was pleasantly surprised with both the process and the amount of work I received through this service.
Ashley Drown explained each step thoroughly, making sure I was aware of and comfortable with every energy saving measure that was performed on that day.

They did a good job with insulation installation but they are absolutely horrible on after-the-job follow through. The installer accidentally broke the light in the attic, left a note apologizing and a number to call. I've called the office 4-5 times for over a year trying to get them to replace the fixture and bulb. I've been completely ignored. They got my money so they don't care after that.😡

A water filter system cleaning was done at my house today. The worker name was Sage was excellent very knowledgeable. Tested all my water changed all the filters and inspected the main unit. Thank you for your service!

Lost my hot water on Sunday so I had them come out and look at hot water tank; very professional; impressed that he wore booties on his feet! Also expertise was on point; didn’t say “oh you need a new tank”; basically said I should not make any repairs and that their might be a faulty gauge with the thermometer but the tank is old and let it run it’s course!! Bought the contract; would recommend them!

Had a major clog at my house. Called up SolvIt and they had an appointment booked same day. Their tech Cat came early and was awesome. Explained everything and all the options for my problem. Has everything fixed up in just a couple hours! Very nice guy who cleaned everything up too!

Technician Lukas was very professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about all the issues relevant to my water systems. He made all desired repairs w/o any problems and installed a new hot water heater & acid neutralizer system. My wife and I are very happy with a job well done and highly recommend Solvit Home Services!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Chuck today for my kitchen sink. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He left the area clean and neat as well. I saw your trucks on the road, and that prompted me to call for this repair, as well as for some electrical work. I signed up for the plan, as well. It is so nice to have a company that is reliable and I will definitely call you again.

Dave came and installed a common wire for the NEST thermometer. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what our options were. After we made the choice, he was very efficient and able to install the common wire without the need to drill through the walls. My only complaint is the expensive cost of the service ($670) that the company charges. However, Dave was so outstanding that it partially makes up for the costly expense. Overall, I am satisfied that he was able to install a common wire and we no longer have issues with the NEST thermometer.
