Our AC broke down during the heat wave last week. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. They arrived on time in the window they set, and called to give me a heads up as well. Their technician was friendly, fast and professional and let me know all of our options. 100% would recommend, and will be using them in the future.

8.5 hrs of waiting for a basic install of a garbage disposer. Zero phone calls. Then, plumber arrived and quoted me $900 dollars for the job (they won’t quote the job over the phone…they charge $100 dollars to come out and inspect the job). Is anyone else experiencing this type of con job ? The plumber walked out on me, after I protested this was too much. Unreal.

My water heater broke down and Armando came to replace it within 2 hours of my call. He was amazing and kept me informed the whole time. I am so thankful and grateful. I highly reccomend solvit for all your fix it needs!!! Extremely satisfied!!!

David was friendly and professional, and very quick, he was done in almost half the time he expected it was going to take. I feel like I was overcharged on the whole, it was almost $750 to swap out a $100 piece of equipment which took 30 minutes. No complaints with the technician, but I will look elsewhere for a less-expensive plumber next time.

We had a small issue with a clogged pipe going into the septic tank. Staff was very responsive and sent someone a few hours later. Nelson was the tech assigned to fix it, and he did a great, thorough job. Very satisfied with his service.

Regular water treatment maintenance: job performed professionally and efficiently.
Maintenance person also connected the water treatment unit to the refrigerator so that I now have treated water and ice from my fridge. Again, it was performed professionally. I paid extra for this service, but it’s worth it.
I am a happy customer.

Dan (rep#6184) performed an HVAC maintenance on my AC, Conducted a duct inspect and was very thorough. He was also professional, kind, and answered any questions I had. What I loved about Dan is that he talked about family and his two year old daughter which added an element of humanity to his visit.

Tyler and Jose performed the service. Very professional. Explained everything. Took care with the cleanliness (covered shoes, etc). Did a great job. Thoroughly documented all the details of the service and the assessment of the AC units. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would definitely call them again. Awesome job!

And kept my welfare in mind the whole time. He kept explaining what he was doing to be sure it was OK with me, then presented the facts and gave me his recommendations, which I completely agreed with. He was careful not to let me become overwhelmed, which I appreciate. I would be very happy to have him help me again. You are lucky to have him!
