Installed ceiling fan and remote control. They did a great job, both are very professional and very friendly to talk to. We did experience a problem of the light turning itself on later that day and they will be back today to look at the remote frequency etc.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and technician arrived within the agreed upon time frame. Pete was skillful, personable and the consummate professional. The service was flawless..

Technician was very polite. They came out at only a couple hours notice for a routine service. Technician was considerate of the house. Immediately if asked if there were pets in the house to be mindful of with open doors, was clean, made sure lights were off when done and doors were locked. This is my first home so he took time to explain what everything was, how it worked, and what routine maintenance to do. He also kindly explained what was worth doing myself to save money and answered all of my questions.

Very knowledgeable, efficient and well organized to install a new AC unit. They were respectful of my home and property; and explained exactly what they needed to do to ensure that the new unit was working well before they left. Excellent work.

One trip/No repairs..Got charged for $210. Told us to replace. Not fixable
Another company came out the next day charged us parts and labor for $330 and FIXED IT!!!!!

our AC unit stopped working and they were able to come out quickly.... We were notified that there will be a trip charge of $69.

During the visit the technician Dave informed us that our unit is too old to fix....parts were not able to be ordered and suggest us to replace the whole unit. And then for the rest of the time, he was trying to sell us to replace both furnace and AC.

He did not explain to me that he will be charging us a diagnostic fee of $129. He definitely didn't tell me the total he will be charging when he took my credit card. I didn't think that was reasonable because it was too old to be fixed!!!

They explain to me that the $69 was basically only for them to come out. ANYTHING ELSE, there will be additional fee. On the phone the lady said that the $69 will also include minor diagnose.

I called on a Friday evening needing service because my furnace went out. They told me the earliest service would be Sat after noon. I agreed even though I was hoping for same night. They called me back within 30 mins telling me a tech was available to come tonight. He showed up promptly when they said he would. He was very nice, professional and informative. He explained to me what happened and what he was going to do to fix it. He took care of the issue and had my furnace back up and running in no time. The whole experience was professional and quick. I appreciate how quickly they got me taken care of, especially last minute on a Friday night. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Beginning to end the customer service, professionalism, communication and knowledge of skill was fantastic! We had some lights out and our technician came out, assessed the issue (old house too), and straightened it all out. And right before Christmas! Thank you, again!

Although we did not use the service at this time, I certainly would and the future. The gentleman that came to my house was professional courteous kind and explained everything in good detail. He recommended what I need to do to cut the cost and also recommended a few steps I could take in the future to prevent it from having it again. The response time for this company was excellent I had two other companies tell me they could not come out even though I said I had no water at all. They had no problem coming out today and understood and even got me up and running so I could have the water back on in my house until after the holidays.
