Chris performed regular heater/ac maintenance and at my request took a look at my hot water heater that had been performing poorly. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment, guidance, and presentation of my options. He has serviced my account for a number years and has always been reliable and trustworthy.

I had second thoughts about doing this installation smack in the middle of the holidays. I was worried the kids were going to get in the way, and that my house would be upside down. These gentlemen were so professional, and family friendly. My chatty 6 year old was very inquisitive, and they answered every question he asked. We stayed out of their way as much as possible, and they stayed out of ours as best as they could. I loved the fact that they were always masked, and wore shoe covers throughout the house. After they left, I went in the rooms with the vacuum to clean up the residuals that were left. There was nothing. Very meticulous workers. Mr. Terry and the team; Luis, Tevin, Dylan, Dariel, Eliu, Jose, you guys are true professionals. Thank you!

We called on a Saturday and they had someone come out within a few hours to repair our air conditioner on a very hot day. Eddy was fantastic, as he was knowledgeable and was able to fix the unit quickly, without over selling us!

Bob came to the house at our appointed time and set about to solve our problem. He completed the water testing and the analysis was that our water was fine! He was honest about that, ( he could have told me anything and I probably would have believed it). Thanks for the on time service call and the integrity in which you conduct your business! I would recommend them to anyone!

The team came on time, and shared every detail about the energy savings program. They were kind enough to even add some blockers on the basement door where we had air escape.

They also applied sealants in our attic and basement which I am sure will help us save some money on energy bills.

We also got some rebate on the insulation that I am going to use to improve the insulation in our homes.

All of them worked tirelessly for 3-4 hours and got it done. Very satisfied with the service.

This is a modification to my original review for this business. I had originally expressed extreme dissatisfaction with SolvIt due to my experience with them trying to resolve a thermostat issue. The long story short is I ended up having to pay for a visit where the tech came to an incorrect conclusion regarding the compatibility of my system. I later had another company come by and resolve the issue for me.

That being said, I need to commend SolvIt management's focus on customer satisfaction. They reached out to me afterwards regarding my review and we had a very professional and frank conversation about my situation. I feel they listened and welcomed the feedback. They also refunded me the cost of the visit as they agreed it did not go as it should have. The manager I spoke to seemed knowledgeable and described what he believed should have been done. He took it as a training opportunity for his team which I appreciated. This proved to me that this incident was not really an issue of ability for SolvIt but really an issue of having the right training.

While I still maintain there could be other issues like mine in the future until the training gap is closed, I believe SolvIt's management team truly does care what the customer thinks and is willing to listen if you have a problem.

Hello we had our ac condenser fail during a recent heat wave. The tech came within 20 minutes after i called which is phenomenal service. The tech was friendly and courteous as well as transparent which I respect. Repairs were not cheap but thats to be expected. Would definitely use again if needed.

This is the first time I needed to call for help with my gas boiler. It is a fairly new gas steam boiler, but it was making a banging noise that worried me. The young lady that answered and set up my appointment was super caring and understanding! She set it up for the same day & within a couple of hours! The technician quickly determined that my problem was the result of my new thermostat not operating well. I am so happy with how quickly I was taken care of and of how wonderful my experience was! I will most definitely be using them for any future problems that I need help with. Thank you So Much!! You guys are AWESOME!!

It is always great when you meet people who love what they do and this team exemplified that frame of mine. They were kind and considerate, on time and helpful and frankly-fun to spend time with and learn from. They reviewed every inch of my house, had recommendations, changed the bulbs and went above and beyond. I have some work to do so that they can finish their audit and when they come back I am told it will be even more fun as they suck the air through my house. Great people. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Ray and his assistant arrived on time, then worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my home, wore booties over their shoes which is appreciated as they had to go in/out a few times, and were careful to not let out the cat. They took the time to show how lighting would look before changing lightbulbs, put sealers around doors which had air leaks and covers on the bottom of doors where needed. Best of all they both had nice attitudes, and seemed to enjoy their work.
