They tend to be a little high with their estimates but they are excellent from a customer service standpoint. They are always able to schedule an appointment for the same day. They always call to let you know when the technician is on his way. They’re always on time as well. Every technician that I have encountered is very professional and easy to communicate with.All work they have done for me is of excellent quality. This service was my annual inspection of my water softening system. The technician was competent and very easy to deal with. He inspected the system and changed the filters. He explained everything he did and I felt very confident that the job was very well done. He wore a mask and foot coverings so as not to track salt and water inside the house. Well done!

Mike was very professional, however, we are unable to use this company as we need rough plumbing done and they only do service. When we booked this appointment we let them know we would need all new plumbing and the woman ensure us that wouldn’t be an issue. Hopefully they’re office staff will be properly trained on exactly this company does.

I had my duct work checked to see if needed cleaning. They did an excellent job. I did not need my duck work cleaned but they were professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely call them again. Although they gave me a quote, they recommended I wait on the cleaning until it really needs it. I appreciated the honesty and their professionalism.

Solvit came to our home to perform a Home Energy Solutions evaluation. The two technicians were pleasant, professional, and courteous. They were unable to complete our evaluation as planned, but provided us with advice to prepare our home for a future evaluation. They acted in the best interest of our time and their company’s resources even though they were hourly technicians. We were very impressed with both workers!

Nelson was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before he performed the task. He gave me accurate quotes and performed the work in an efficient manner. They ripped me off. The agent said it would cost $20 for the tech to come out and inspect and they would give the price of the job. Online estimates of the job were between $100-$150. The tech estimated at $475. I said no thanks and the tech said it would be $200 for coming out. Not upfront about the price.
