    Company is ok. They installed a new swamp cooler and did a good job. But the last service call the technician called to say he was on his way and showed up 2 hours later. Their reception is also extremely condescending and rude. I will use a different company in the future just because of her attitude.

    Installation was great! No complaints there. Our cooler works as it should.

    Their electricians gave us some trouble. They killed power in half the house and then took hours working on it. They left in a hurry and left a live light switch hanging. Came back the next day just to install it upside down. They didnt take any pride in their work

    I would check twice on the price for the parts they are telling you need to fix or replace and considered shopping around. I was in a pinch to get my swamp cooler working because of the heat but I was charged $185 for a part that was $35-$50 online. Was told that it was because of the supply chain issues and that is what their distributor was charging them.

    All 3 crews have been great. Professional and pay great attention to detail! Equipment works flawlessly. Great warranty. Awesome customer service in the office and their crews. Super friendly and take the time to walk you through everything and even what options you may have on install. So happy we chose them.

    We went without air conditioning this summer for about 2 weeks before calling Raven at the Cooler Company. She got someone out within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening. We had air conditioning within half an hour of him being there. They were affordable and we will now use them for all of our heating and air conditioning needs and recommend them to others. Great People and Great Service couldn't be happier

    Had a new evaporative cooler installed and an old one removed (new one relocated). Scheduling was easy, crew showed up on time and finished early. I really appreciated how the foreman asked me my opinion/preference every time they had options on where to run a line, locate a unit, etc. Crew cleaned up their mess well and even turned off their vacuum when they noticed I was getting a phone call. I'm a perfectionist and tradesman and can do many of these types of jobs myself and as a result, I'm usually underwhelmed with any contractor. But these guys were legit and I strongly recommend hiring this company for a new or replacement evaporative cooler.

    The team of Hector, Cameron and Pablo were top notch! They were professional made sure I understood everything and were fun to work with. They were very conscientious and cleaned up after themselves as well. Would highly recommend them! The electrician Mike was also great!

    Had CC install an Evap. unit approximately 5 years ago and works great. The remote stopped working and appears to be from batteries leaking as I have to clean residue when replacing. Spoke with very polite receptionist who tried to help but received a return call where I was told basically pay $450 for a new one, take it or leave it. Paid over about $7000 for the unit...the least you can do I not GOUGE your customers for a replacement remote. This is not the way to keep your customers. Very disappointed.

    Tried to call and see if they have a cover for my cooler in stock and she insisted on knowing the dimensions and brand. she refused to help even after I called a second time and gave her my measurements for the swamp cooler on our roof. she then told me to try walmart without further assistance. That's what I recomend you do to. customer service so bad I didnt even get to waste my money...
    In the owners defences, they did reach out after obviously reading the bad review. they blamed the lack of service on the employee being new. They also asked that I change my review. Well, my experience stayed the same and I've considered it. Having been a small business owner myself I know hard it can be. but I only wanted a seamp cooler cover.

    It was refreshing to have an energetic, young woman come and efficiently answer our call for an estimate on a new evaporative cooler. She explored the attic, climbed the roof and presented a knowledgeable quote. It was a very pleasant experience and areas were covered which helped us make an informed decision.
