Our heater quit on one of the coldest days of the year. Metro sent David out on a Sunday and it was determined that we needed a new one. They were able to get us a new furnace and install it on Sunday before the -10 degree night. They saved our house from freezing and probably frozen pipes or worse - we are so grateful! They are very professional, and considering the 'emergency' call on a Sunday the price we paid was very fair! We would highly recommend Metro Comfort Air!

Our furnace quit on the coldest day of the year. Metro Comfort Air sent 2 technicians to install a new furnace within 2 hours of our initial call. Another person came out to help make sure we had heat restored, before the temperatures got too low in the house. They really saved us because we have 2 small children in the house and the temperatures were going to be colder the -10 degrees! Everyone we came in contact with was professional and knowledgeable. We had a problem with our heating system during the holidays. We called Metro Comfort and they had someone out within 2 hours! The problem was diagnosed and clearly explained by the Technician, Jon. He clearly gave us our options and made the repair quickly and professionally. Overall, the experience was very good. Our heater broke down at the worst time. We called Metro and they were able to come out the same morning. Instead of spending money to repair an old heater we had Metro replace the furnace. They finished it the same day. Rob was the main technician and did a great job. Highly recommend.

We used Metro to install a multi-zone minisplit system in our remodel. The system was a little complicated to install - 5 zones that were on 2 floors. They did an excellent professional job laying out the system, and the installation was perfect. Tony was our main contact and communicated with us throughout the project. He was very thorough in explaining the aspects of installation and walking us through the operation and maintenance of the system. Very high quality work, and the price was very fair and in-line with our other quotes. We would highly recommend them, especially for minisplit work

He quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained the problem in language that was easy to understand. He presented all of the options for repair and replacement. We elected to have the furnace repaired, and he made the repair quickly and left no mess. Metro Comfort Air is now our preferred HVAC company, and we have recommended them to family and friends.
