I am so incredibly impressed with Golden West, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning!

When I found out my AC wasn't working, I also learned my crawl space was filled with water from the recent rains we've been experiencing. On top of that, I had a houseful of guests and I was out of town, which complicated matters.

Barbara was responsive to my situation and reached out to Carlos, who'd put in a long day the night before helping out another customer. Together, they coordinated the logistics in getting to my home and addressing the issue. Carlos was able to get my AC up and running quickly, and explained what had happened (and the resolution), in clear and understandable terms.

A/C in my rental not working. Golden West had next day appointments but would not schedule a time - had to be available all day waiting for their call. Technician had excellent communication and diagnostic skills. However, the company's pricing is outrageous. The technician discounted my bill and still charged over $400 to replace a $10 fuse - probably took him 5 minutes. According to the technician someone in their office establishes pricing for specific services.

We have had Anthony from Golden West out many times at our house to help with electrical. He is always extremely professional and does a thorough and complete job. We will continue working with Golden West, because they are a great value and really take care of their customers. Thank you for another great experience.

Anthony Garcia and crew did an excellent job installing a new combination boiler/tankless hot water heater for us. The installation looks very professional, works great, and Anthony took the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions we could think of. Very pleased overall!

Second time using plumbing services with Golden West. We signed up with the VIP program during the first service with Josh. Josh did a great job with our downstairs shower. He had to replace the entire faucet system. It gave my Mother-in-Law access to her own bathroom for the first time since we moved in. Really happy we signed up for the VIP program, besides the lack of a service call charge, they dropped emergency calls to $100. We had a pipe start pouring water into our family room and also noticed the backyard connection for our hose had a leak. Joseph came out and found the leak in the family room, which was connected to the front yard hose. He only had to make one cut to access and fix it. Joseph was able to replace the busted pipe for the backyard connection. We have received great service, reasonable prices and fast response. I’d recommend their services.

I had Max and Edgar come out to my house to turn on my swamp cooler and have to say the service was superb! They communicated everything they were going to do during their visit and took pictures of my existing swamp cooler to show me things that needed to get fixed + things to watch for in the future. The price was fair for the services they provided and I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future. I’ve used Applewood in the past, and would recommend Golden West over that service for the superior professionalism and quality customer care. Thanks Max and Edgar!!

Sewer work was extensive and messy but I was rushed and in hindsight might have sourced another team- esp regarding neighbors experiences with other companies.

However expensive, Golden West has taken care of the work promptly and professionally. Carlos is excellent to work with he is skilled, professional and efficient. I always get a notification by phone when they will be arriving so I don’t have to wait around all day.

They will stay until they are done and I am satisfied.

We've been using Golden West for the past several years and they've always been super accommodating and professional. They saved us BIG bucks awhile back as we were about to get a sump pump installed and one of their technicians (I'm so sorry I forgot his name!) while at our house for completely unrelated work, told us we just needed to extend our down spout out front and sure enough, that fixed the problem with water leaking into our basement.
Golden West installed a new swamp cooler and furnace for us as well. Want to give a big thanks to Anthony and his crew for doing such a great job with those!
And just recently, Golden West came out to turn our swamp cooler on and just want to thank Riley and Max personally for their quick work and professionalism!!
Everyone had Golden West has always been really nice and responsive. I would highly recommend.
