As always, we were very pleased with the service provided by Golden West Plumbing & Heating. Carlos was professional and knowledgeable about all of our various questions. Before leaving he took time to assure that all of our questions were addressed.

Everything about this appointment was absolutely perfect. I am blown away by the service! I rarely see this level of service anymore. This is the first time I have used this company and I HIGHLY Recommend them! From the first call, to scheduling, to diagnosis, to repair. I have used this company several times for my HVAC issues so I called them immediately when my toilet started overflowing. When Ben Pitcher gave us his quote, my significant other jumped in saying he would like to get a second opinion because he thinks we can get a less expensive quote, his response was “then why did you call me what am I doing here.” Honestly Ben hurt the relationship I have built with Golden West Plumbing. He used a lot of buzz words to drive up the cost, entering my home stating “this is officially the oldest house I’ve been in,” and saying he had to remove the toilet to scope the drain. Ben we know a sewer scope can go down the shower as well, we can start with less invasive points.

Golden West repaired several items on our Dunkirk boiler recently and did an excellent job. This is the third time we've used them for a variety of plumbing and HVAC issues and each time they really excelled in service and product. Chris V was our tech/project manager and could not have been more personable and competent. As before, after evaluating the the situation of no heat, we were provided with two options. We chose the more expensive option in that it provided several upgrades in efficiency and performance. The repairs were done within several hours...most appreciated on a very cold day with no heat. Also most appreciated were the numerous text and phone call updates sent by Barbara on tech arrival times, etc. I think I received 4 updates. In all, another great experience with Golden West.
