Joel Cabral with Cabral Heating & Air was outstanding. While doing warranty work he found two errors in how my furnace was initially installed and he showed them to me and quickly resolved them— wire substituted for a fuse & an incorrectly connected drain pan water sensor.
Joel is friendly and professional and I highly recommend him.

Horrible. It's been over 3 weeks, and I'm still waiting for my equipment. No shipping date, No tracking information, No arrival date...Nothing. its been ( In Route ) for 3 weeks. Over 7,000.00 spent, and this Friday will be a MONTH. Not that it matters, but as a Service Connected Disabled Veteran, I expected better from this company.

Motili, or whatever entity was ultimately responsible were absolutely sluggish in handling a recall listed as "SAFETY RECALL". Regardless of how many units had to be replaced, their taking 13+ months to address anything with "SAFETY" involved is inexcusable. The company that ultimately performed the replacement, One Hour Heating & Air, were consummate professionals. They set an appointment, got here on time, and got everything done in a short time. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This company is absolutely horrible!!!! They came out sourced by Goodman due to a product recall. While here, they installed a blower guard kit. The tech messed up and made it so that our furnace would only work if our AC was also running. They couldn't figure out how to fix it so they unplugged the AC leads from the thermostat so it wouldn't also turn on when the furnace turned on. The tech who was here admitted that he messed something up and said his boss Joe or Marvin would be coming out the next week (early March) to fix it. Not a huge deal at first, mistakes happen.
But then dozens of phone calls went by, and appointments were repeatedly scheduled and Joe was supposed to be coming to fix it. Every single time there was an appointment scheduled and confirmed the night before, then it was cancelled the DAY OF the appointment. With Joe never responding to texts when my husband asked him if he was actually going to come. My husband used PTO to take time off work on several different days.... for nothing. They stopped responding to calls or emails or texts, and when my husband finally got through to them he (desperately) explained that our daughter has a seizure disorder that can cause her to have seizures if she's exposed to too much heat or cold. She does not regulate heat like a normal child.
We're now in the middle of May and have had a week+ straight of 80+ degree days, and I've had a special needs child screaming at the top of her lungs for 6+ hours a day **all week** because it's too hot. Portable AC units are too loud for her with her sensory issues. It's been a living hell. I do not say this lightly. Have you ever seen a 4 year old child having a seizure? It's one of the scariest things in the world. We explained the risk to them several times and all they could do was apologize but not do anything to actually fix it. Right ... they are SO sorry. These people DO NOT CARE.
We finally paid another company $400 today to fix what this company messed up. Crying tears of relief, but we're not letting this go. I'm the most passive person on this planet but I'm enraged. We WILL be finding an attorney and suing this company. In fact, I'm going to start calling lawyers tomorrow.

The service tech they sent out to replace a part ( do to a recall ) was highly educated in the process of the furnace .He not only took his time in fixing the issue but also explaining in detail to my wife and I what was actually happening . Very happy with the work !

Motility was very kind and professional on the phone, since we are out in the country it took them a couple days to find a repair man and they found an honest one. C & S HVAC was awesome. David our repairman was so kind and patient. After he figured out the issue he took time explaining how our system should be functioning and the importance of regular cleanings. He even hung around for a couple of cycles of the furnacing running to make sure ours was functioning before he left. So honest and thoughtful! Here as promised, call ahead by a very nice lady as promised Motioi and overall a fantastic company, would definitely call again!!

Marco came to our house to make a recall repair on our furnace. He is knowledgeable and efficient and very pleasant to talk to. He took the time to explain what he was doing and completely cleaned up after he was done. Highly recommend him for your furnace work.

Two very efficient and polite young men came anf did the work. Explained what they were doing and finished the work on time. Office personnel (Charlene) extremely friendly and kept in touch with me about the job.

The work was fine but I don’t know why two able bodied men couldn’t take the trash with the old part in it. I am 78 years old and I was told to take the trash out myself. It was a large cardboard box with a heavy part in it.
