The repair/service person was awesome. However, it took about one year to get this repair, which had been reported to be a possible fire hazard, completed.

The technician that arrived this morning to perform a recall retrofit was very respectful, extremely nice, and informative. He was kind enough to provide me additional information regarding my unit, and provided me with some expert recommendations to make it more efficient. He arrived right on time and was respectful of my home in every way possible. Thank you for such a great experience!

Albert did a good job only one of the prongs on the main circuit broke accidently! it happens !he will be back as soon as he gets the part to install very polite and humble man did a good job ontime and very friendly no complaints 😃

Motiliti the company is useless. Received our recall blower guard kit in January 2022, couldn’t get it installed till mid December almost a year later. The company tec that did the repair was great.. we had nothing but problems with our furnace after recall and did not have heat for 3 days…. Come to find out the blower unit locked out our furnace, emergency r not the only 1 that has had this problem after Goodman was to cheap to have the Tex’s put in the new METAL drain pan. Now they will have to… not impressed with motili or Goodman.

As for Motili, they weren’t great at all. I had a piece of my furnace that was voluntarily recalled due to it being a fire hazard, and Motili repeatedly sent out an auto-generated email saying that they’d reach out to schedule the repair soon, as the volume of repairs needed in my area were extremely high. Well, I received that same email for darn near a year. Come on. I reached out to someone and didn’t receive a reply. I waited months and reached out again, saying that if this was a fire hazard, I way should it take a year to get someone out. What do you know—nobody replied (thought that was rude) but I received a link to schedule with someone that next day. Low and behold a company was issued to me the next day. Voila. Don’t let the bad reviews about Jamestown HVAC scare you! We had a part of our hvac recalled, so the furnace manufacturer sent this company out to fix the issue. We were nervous because the reviews weren’t great, but our technician, JT, was super friendly, very efficient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and kind. He did not leave a mess behind, like some of the other big companies have done in the past. They were easy to schedule with and very prompt. Would recommend!!

Andre Thompson is a very efficient technician for replacing our furnace recall parts. Great Job! Wish there were more techs like him-then we wouldn’t have had to wait 10 months to get this done.

The technician was amazing. He went above and beyond what he was sent to do. He thoroughly explained everything. He was polite, fast and efficient. He even helped me find and fix a very small gas leak I’ve been hunting for for years!

This system is bad. They give you a bunch of options to sign up that are outside of normal working hours and no one takes those appointments.
