True HVAC Pros

Called True HVAC Pros and they promptly answered, gave me a clear arrival time and arrived when they said they would (only an hour after I called on a Saturday!) Two techs were professional, clearly communicated what they were doing and the anticipated fees and worked quickly and diligently. We appreciated their services so much and will absolutely use again and refer to others! Thank you True HVAC Pros for a good work done

This company had great reviews and I was originally excited that they had a same-day appointment available. They ended up never showing up or calling for the original appointment window a few days ago. When I called they said they were having issues and "our tech will definitely be out later today". No one ever came, no one ever called.

I called back the next day and they told me that they were sorry and another appointment window was confirmed for today (2 days after the original appointment). "You will be first on the tech's list since you had issues and your appointment is in the morning."

30 minutes after the appointment window closed today, I get a call saying they will be there later in the afternoon.

When the tech shows up, obviously in a very bad mood, he ends up cutting through the AC drainage pipe and creating another issue of repairing that. When asked if he will be fixing the new damages he replies "no" and charges us for literally making the problem worse.

My furnace wouldn’t work one morning, I called True HVAC Pros, they arrived an hour later and determined the unit needed to be replaced. They fixed it temporarily until the new unit arrived the next day. They are very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Benny arrived right on time, he diagnosed our AC issue and immediately discovered the problem. He explained everything to us and showed us the parts that needed replacement. The work was done super-fast. Benny was great; knowledgeable, professional and personable. He is an excellent representative of True HVAC Pros and the reason my first contact with this company was so pleasant. Based on this experience, I will definitely use True HVAC Pros in the future and recommend them to friends.

I have been a True HVAC Pros customer for sometime. I recently had an experience with Benny, who replaced a hot water heater for me. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. The team at the home office was clear on pricing, timing and expectations. Benny, the tech, did great work and left my home in perfect order. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Benny was incredible. Worked over the long weekend and had our heater up and functioning in record time. Work was meticulously done and the place cleaned up. No complains. I would recommend him and True HVAC Pros in a heart beat!!

Benny was very punctual for our scheduled appointment. He is very kind, knowledgeable and was able to find the problem with our heat pump and fix it. We are very pleased and satisfied beyond any reasonable doubt with his service!

Great staff, we are satisfied with their expertise and great customer service!! Our AC stopped working on Saturday afternoon. They arrived less than an hour after I called and got our unit working within 45min. The cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend True HVAC Pros!!
