I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Roots Heating and Air.

From the moment we found out about them, throughout the entire system selection process, through the system installation, and even afterwards - everything was the best experience that I’ve ever had when dealing with an HVAC vendor.

Our house has needed a new furnace an AC unit for the last couple of years. Due to a variety of factors, we simply didn’t get around to it until this year. While Roots is a relatively new company, Kelly and Sean are veterans in the industry with over a decade of experience between them. They will walk you through all of your options in detail, and talk through the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Before selecting Roots, we looked at a couple of other vendors, but you will be hard pressed to find a better value anywhere in the Denver metro area.

I recently used Roots to replace two furnaces and replace swamp coolers with two new AC systems for a duplex in Denver after getting multiple bids. They completed the work on time, were priced competitively, and really respectful of the property and tenants. The two owners Sean and Kelly are an impressive combination of professional, responsive, and experienced and they have a really great team of installers. They're a company I'm hoping to have a long term relationship for service and projects down the road so I absolutely recommend Roots Heating and Air.

Sean was extremely responsive and honest from the jump! His team was scheduled to come out next day, they were on time, quick to diagnosis the problem, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! We had a great experience with Roots, highly recommend!

My furnace went out and the Roots team was here within a couple hours of my phone call. They are very knowledgeable and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. There are a lot of people in this industry that try to take advantage, but this company is not one of them. They are thorough and gave me a great repair price. The owners even stopped by to make sure I was happy with everything. Would 100% recommend.

I called Roots Heating & Air to come do an annual check up of my air and heating system to make sure everything was all ready for the upcoming summer season. It was so easy to book, get an appointment that worked with my schedule, and the technician showed up well within the window allocated.

As someone who had their central air conditioning go out in the middle of a 4th of July weekend many years ago, I've learned having a service check every year BEFORE it gets too hot is key to a successful and cool summer.

Incredible service and responsiveness. Our furnace went down on a Sunday evening with temps in Denver dropping below zero. Roots Heating & Air responded much quicker than the competition and got our heat back on within hours. They upfront, polite, and professional the entire time.
