Steve would not return my calls or texts. I called him on another phone and he picked up on the first ring. He said we’re too picky about protecting the carpet and had too many questions.

Steve is great. He provided and installed my AC for a new construction home at thousands less that the builder was offering and under the competitive bids by at least 500-600. He did great work for both install and follow up service. I've recommended him many times to others who have thanked me for it... including my father in law! it's like having a trusted friend who does HVAC. He Gives you honest answers, great prices and top quality work. It's hard to trust somebody you don't know well, and the residential HVAC business is filled with opportunists... Steve realizes if he wants to keep your business and maybe get additional referrals, he has to be honest, fair and deliver great work (told me this directly) and in my experience, he delivers on that in spades! I highly recommend Steve and Express Heating and AC.

I can't say enough about Steve with Express Heating and Cooling! After having no heat for a couple days and running out of do it yourself blogs to scour I decided to call a professional. Steve was recommended by an associate of mine and I can now see why he went out of his way to direct me towards him. He took the time to diagnose each possible problem while explaining his process to appeal my curious nature. Steve found two problems that were causing the furnace not to operate and fixed them in a way that will ensure long term success of the parts. He really took care of me when it came time to make the invoice and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout!

Steve was super helpful and timely. Gave him a call in the morning and everything was fixed up by 12pm. Pricing is very reasonable. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. This will for sure be my only stop for anything hvac.

I rarely feel the need to write reviews, but Steve deserves mine. He was excellent. He picked up right away and was at my door within 30 minutes. The issue was a simpler one that just evaded my limited furnace expertise, but he guided me through some of the steps to try for further issues. Afterward, he checked out some additional items with my A/C to take care of my cooling needs this coming summer. He was informative, funny, and easygoing - highly recommended!

Called Steve to help with a leaking furnace and underperforming AC. He was great, showed up same-day and was good at showing me the issues and how to avoid them in the future. Will definitely hit him up the next time I have an HVAC issue.

Furnace broke and decided to give Steve a try, he was able to come quickly. He was very nice and was able to fix my furnace in about an hour, including the time it took for him to pick up the part needed due to my furnace being an off brand. He was very reasonable in his price and I would definitely recommend him.
