Called Roots Heating & Air around 830 at night with a furnace not generating warm air. They took me step by step through a troubleshooting process and determined the issue. I was able to get my house running heat again before 10 pm. Though they could of not answered or pushed me to the next day for an easy dollar they decided to put my family first and took care of us. I will be using Roots for all of my hvac needs.

Contacted Roots after a poorly installed attic system failed (@MERITAGE HOMES) causing significant leak onto our 2nd floor ceiling. The builder did not properly seal the drip pan installed under the furnace, nor were the condensation drains properly set to drain away from the heating/AC unit. I contacted Roots and they were able to come out the next day and correct all the issues and also performed maintenance on both of my HVAC units. Kelly was great to work with and informed me on the repairs/costs each step of the way. They even found another leak in the basement where the builder did not install a drain pipe causing the condensation to leak inside the furnace. Very knowledgeable, professional team!

There is no pun intended while I write a glowing review! Pilot light stopped glowing & kaput. I called Roots on a sub freezing day, it was the 4th call to various HVAC companies and they were the only folks that came to our rescue. They showed up promptly, dressed in professional company attire and did a quick diagnostic and told us in easy to understand terms what was wrong.
