Technican was skilled at doing the furnace recall repair. He was pleasurable.
Goodman was not so good. We had the repair kit since last November. It took repeated calls over 11 months to get the repairs done on 8/13/2022.

This company's entire business model can be replaced with a scheduling app. They schedule contractors, barely. First appointment made, no contractor showed up. Second appointment, the contractor did not do the job correctly and had to come out again. Third appointment, still unclear if the contractor did the job correctly. This is just a diagnostic to see if my furnace needs a recall part. This has gone on for 3 months. There is no accountability from Motili, no follow up to the contractors. Again, keep in mind that 3 months later, the basic question of "does this part need to be replaced" has yet to be answered and they are the company that is supposed to be managing that work. Since it is now getting colder, I asked if anyone at Motili could tell me if it was safe to run my furnace while waiting to determine if my unit is affected. They gave me an 800 number that went straight to busy signal. At this point I'm just going to hire a contractor on my own to determine if my furnace is affected by the recall.

Contractor was late but polite. Project still not complete. It's taking too long to get furnace fixed or replaced with cold weather here. Don't like worrying about if my dad gets too cold because the furnace might quit. He is almost 86 and shouldn't have to be concerned about his furnace not working.
