Numerous emails stating the time a technician was coming to install drain pan.
Waited 3-1/2 hours before calling the 800 number only to be told they made on error that the repair was scheduled for 2 days after!
I guess it occur to let me know!

Everything was great. MOTILI kepted us updated until the repair was completed. the technician from Jewett Heating and Cooling were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. The people who did the work were great. On time, very professional. Motili was awful. Scheduled online twice and no one came. I was told when I called that the scheduled times were "estimates". In the end I asked who could do the work locally and they gave me the company name. Then I made the appointment myself.

I had to ask assistant to put on a mask. He did not even bring one. I provided one for him. I suggest at least keeping some spare masks in the vehicle and depending on the client's comfort level, the professional can go back to the vehicle and get it. I met the professional and his assistant at the front door with my mask on. Also, everyone in the household had masks on upon the arrival of the professional. ALWAYS respect the client's comfortibility. COVID-19 concerns are REAL!! By the way, the work was done properly, professionally, and proficiency.
