Kevin the technician called and had to cancel appointment but he arrived on time for new scheduled appointment. He explained and fixed the problem quickly, and even explained what was the problem and what fix he is installing with me. He was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!
Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. He actually found that we had a gas leak in our in-floor heating system. He fixed it and this is why I will always go back to them.

This service was utilized to perform a recall on a Goodman HVAC unit. Our technician never arrived for the scheduled appt. I have attempted to reach out to this company 5x in the past 2 months to help me with this project. I was instructed that they cannot get ahold of the technician and that there are no other companies contracted with them. They provided me a list of local contractors that are Goodman certified, however none of them will perform a recall. I have 3 pending emails to this company with no reply in over 8 days.
PLEASE NOTE, most of the good review you read on here are for the actual contractor companies or technicians that Motili uses. However Moliti as a middleman company is basically a joke. They’re supposed to send a technician to fix an issue related to a safety recall in my HVAC and no one has showed up after scheduling with them twice. I wait at home at the designated time and they just stand me up. They don’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know that no one is able to come. And when I call them for an explanation, they just tell me they’re short staffed. No apologies. Probably the most mismanaged piece of s**t company I’ve dealt with in my life.
UPDATE 8/31/2022 (one week after posting my review and 6 days after receiving the "Response from the owner", which you can very well see is an automate/copy/paste type of reply they send to all bad reviews) - I have not yet heard from anyone in Motili. They post these responses to mislead the future customers into thinking that they pay close attention to any bad review they receive, but they DO NOT! Here is my response to the owner: You do not strive for anything my friend. You do not even care about your own company's reputation, forget about caring for your customers' experience. I am surprise such companies are still in business.
