I have had the absolutely worst experience with this company. I have been trying for over a year to have a recall fixed and I have had 5 appointments set up with 4 no shows and 1 cancelation. I am beyond frustrated Their customer service is so poor that rude and inconsiderate don't even begin to describe it. My advice... RUN, FAST!!!

The contractors you sent over, Dunkin’s Heating and Cooling were very punctual. They arrived promptly at 12:00PM (maybe even a couple of mins early). I had requested a12-4PM time slot. They looked professional. They asked if I received the replacement parts. I handed the box of parts to them. They checked to make sure it was all there and confirmed everything needed was indeed included. They followed me to the basement. I put on the extra lights for them to use. They said it would be 1/2 hour to do the work, and they were finished in that time. They tested their work out, took pictures of the furnace, thermostat, and the air conditioner. They explained what they had replaced and said sometimes the replacement parts might not work, and I should give them a call if things weren’t working properly. I requested a card which was supplied, and they were ready to leave. I was pleased when I returned to the basement and did not find any mess left behind. Thank you for good service with no inconvenience,

My technician called and arrived in the timeframe given. He fixed the problem quickly, and even went over how to change the filters in my humidifier with me. He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

The technician was fine, and the job done correctly for all I know. This was a recall job arranged by the manufacturer. I would have appreciated a confirmation or "on our way" notification once the appointment was tentatively made. Motili gave me 3 appointment choices and never sent a confirmation follow-up.

Motili was contracted by Goodman to complete a recall repair on my evaporator coil drain pan. Motili sent me 9 emails from May to August informing me to look out for a follow up email to schedule a repair. No updates, no clarification, just identical copy and pasted emails.

I called Motili on July 21 to clarify the situation. A representative found a networked contractor and took down my preferred dates and times for a repair. I never heard anything again, until I called Motili on August 4th. I was informed there were no available contractors in my area and I was out of luck and would need to figure it out on my own.

The lack of clear communication, transparency, care, and urgency from Motili while handling my Goodman recall is embarrassing. I will probably get the same copy and pasted apology and plead to contact customer service that every other negative review here has received. !!!Spoiler alert!!! I have contacted customer service and it has not worked.
